We enjoyed our stay here Memorial Day weekend. We didn't like the first site we were assigned, but we're able to move when we asked. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and made our stay fun. The store was well stocked and reasonably priced. We would definitely stay here again.

This was our 1st stay in our camp/travel trailer we bought 2 weeks ago. The spots are pretty packed together but I am used to primitive tent camping so this may be normal for RV parks. The only complaint I have about our spot was it was an uphill grade backing in and the sewer hook up was in the...

We were traveling home to Yakima from the OR coast on Monday, Sept 2nd. Decided to take the short drive off the main HWY, only 3 miles to come here and have lunch and check the place out. If you want the BEST pulled pork sandwich in the world, you have got to have theirs! The meat had such great...

Thank you for your wonderful review, and thank you for taking the time to come in off of Hwy. 12. The Lakehouse Restaurant has only been open year round for 1 1/2 years. We are growing slowly, and starting to become the regular stop for people traveling Hwy. 12. We appreciate your feedback, and look forward to seeing you again.

We have stayed at this resort a number of times and have always had a great time. We stay in a room on Johnson Terrace overlooking the lake and Marina. Rooms are very clean, partial kitchens, and nice walkway with tables to sit and watch the action down below. There is also a nice restaurant and lounge on the property...

Thank you for your review, and for your dedication. Johnson Terrace is an awesome place with the ability to look out over the lake rain or shine. We get a lot of complements regarding the covered balcony. Thank you again, and we can't wait to see you again.

My sons and I arrived at Mayfield Marina hoping to go fishing. The staff, Trent and Dan, went above and beyond the the call of duty getting us on the right track with gear, fishing tips and even fish cleaning advice. They were unbelievably helpful and made sure our party of fishing novices had a great day on the lake....

Thank you! Being fisherman ourselves, we don't know all the waters as well as we would wish. And greatly appreciate it when the locals take the time to help guide us in the right direction when it comes to what the fish are biting on, and where they are. We are glad that you and the boys had a great...

This place advertises RV camping when it's nothing more than a gravel parking lot. We went with our family of 6 (4 kids) and drove up to the campsite which is basically a gravel parking lot between a restaurant and a motel. This place is not kid-friendly unless you want your kids playing among boat trailers in the gravel, there...

Our family reunion was a great success in part due to this wonderful place (and the rest due to a wonderful family!) My daughter, her husband and their baby as well as my two grandsons and I shared a lower level room in Aspen Lodge. We were able to park on the same level so carrying luggage wasn't an issue...

So here's the great and the not-so-great. For us, sitting by the side of the lake in #6, the view was perfect. Couldn't be better, looking out with the lake just feet away. On weekdays, the atmosphere was so peaceful and fun. Great time out on the lake. The owners were truly nice and accommodating people. A day trip to Mt....

What an outstanding get-away. The owners/hosts are most welcoming and helpful. The unit in which we stayed was clean and well-equipped. The resort is well-maintained and inviting. We were able to bring along our precious pet. We stayed during the off-season which meant it was an extremely quiet and peaceful environment. It looks like a great place to bring kids,...

When we first pulled into the Resort, I was ready to continue driving right back home! But, I was persuaded to give it a chance...we needed the night away! I could not have been more wrong. Do NOT judge this book by it's cover. The room was vast, very plain, but huge and spotless. The surroundings are gorgeous! When I...

“Tell them how many people you have. With so many different size rooms, they have a room to accommodate! Pets are very welcome too!”

“Both lodges are above ground level. Aspen ground level can be accessed by driving up to a small (3 cars can park) area and unloading. Then you must move your car to a lover area and climb steps or walk up the driveway. Johnson Lodge has no less than 20 stairs to the first floor with no way to get there other than to climb the stairs. Not handicap accessible in any way.”

“Don't rent the Itty Bitty Cabin unless there are only two people who only want a room to sleep in. It is extremely small. All other rooms in the lodges were very nice.”
