We stayed in the Johnson Terrace section of the resort, which was very economical because we had a VERY basic and tiny kitchen unit. TV only in the kitchen, no shampoo or hair dryer (but there is an ironing board!? at a lake resort?), and no ice bucket, so you should bring ice in, buy it at the store before... More

The spaces are not good. Felt like a second class citizen through RPI membership. The spot was in a parking lot. No grass. If you register through them, you have nice spots with grass. Owners offered to put us in a different spot. We offered to pay for second spot because they could only put us in two spots which... More

We came to the resort on a beautiful May day without a plan, but with the hope of getting out on the water. Trent was awesome in finding us a boat that met our needs, complicated by the fact that one of us had just had foot surgery and couldn't get wet! We took a pontoon boat out for just... More

I am a member at the resort so I spend lots of time during the summer at the resort. The location is super and the amenities are perfect for my needs. This area is the best kept secret in Lewis county. The lake is perfect for relaxing and other water sports. It is nice having a restaurant on the lake... More

We had our Family Reunion here, and it was great. There were places for everyone...the tent campers, the RVers, Bunk Houses, a full on condo, and rooms with kitchens or no kitchens. There was a Great Room for us all to eat together, with a fully equiped kitchen with 2 stoves, 2 refrigerators and 2 dishwashers, a sound system, and... More

We pulled in here for 1 night on a recent motorcycle trip - 4 bikes and 1 support vehicle and were very welled received by the staff. We didn't need much space and they allowed us to use just one space rather than 3, saving us a considerable amount of money. The island was not our choice to camp on... More

“Tell them how many people you have. With so many different size rooms, they have a room to accommodate! Pets are very welcome too!”

“Both lodges are above ground level. Aspen ground level can be accessed by driving up to a small (3 cars can park) area and unloading. Then you must move your car to a lover area and climb steps or walk up the driveway. Johnson Lodge has no less than 20 stairs to the first floor with no way to get there other than to climb the stairs. Not handicap accessible in any way.”

“Don't rent the Itty Bitty Cabin unless there are only two people who only want a room to sleep in. It is extremely small. All other rooms in the lodges were very nice.”
