Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

DO NOT BOOK HERE, DO NOT STAY HERE. THEY WILL CHARGE YOU THEN TELL YOU THAT YOU CANT CHECK IN. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I booked a room through Booking.com for my disabled mother for 3 nights. She is a senior with dementia and I needed a place for her to stay short term while I traveled up from CA to retrieve her. I called the hotel to let the front desk manager know that I would be paying for the room and would like to sign a CC authorization form for the deposit, as my destitute mother does not have a credit card. Something I have done over a dozen times for my husbands business trips. The man was VERY rude, awful in fact. He accused me of being a liar and said they would not allow my mother to stay there, despite me having paid for the room on Booking.com! I am appalled. I’ve never been met with such disdain by an employee in a customer service position. Apparently he is “the only manager” but I would recommend he be FIRED. If he’s the owner, I’d imagine his main guests are tweakers and hobos since he treats people with such disrespect. I will be following up at another time to see if he is in fact the “only manager” which I find unlikely for such a large property. This occurred at 9:20 am on September 27, 2019 for reference purposes. The man would not give his name. I repeat! Do not stay here EVER. It looks dirty and slimy anyways.

DO NOT STAY HERE. Not worth the expensive price, walls paper thin. Staff is rude and uncaring, and can't even muster up the energy to fake it. When they were told of certain issues, they stated as per there contract they were "luxuries". Like the ice machine and parking. LMAF Do yourself a favor and safe some money and stay else where.

They were doing renovations during our stay. We were woken up early to loud hammering. We went out for lunch and came back to even louder hammering from the wall dividing our suite and the next one. It was so loud, my friends and I weren't even able to stay in the suite. We went downstairs to complain only to find that the gentleman at the front desk barely spoke English and didn't understand what we were asking. We either wanted to switch to a different floor or to get a refund, otherwise we would just check out. He simply checked us out.. We paid for two nights, only stayed for one. Very bad experience, unfortunately I cannot recommend this hotel if anything goes wrong, you're screwed.

Newly renovated room, but the bed was old, extremely uncomfortable and squeaked as if it was from the 60’s. Pillows were terrible and cheap! Staff was very friendly. We had to run the fan in the room all night to help filter out the trains blowing their horns as the go throw town regularly, a block a way. Not worth what we paid!

The location and price was well worth staying here, had a great place to eat and play just across the street, and casinos just minutes away. The room I was in was very spacious only complaint would be that it had no carpeting. Not impressed with breakfast, but if you're just looking for a morning snack then it world be sufficient. If in the area again, I'd most likely stay here.

Close enough to the Tulalip Casino and the Factory Outlets if you're going there for that. Lots of places to eat nearby. Easy access of the freeway. As stated above, the noise level of the nearby trains was quite something!

I wasn't scared for myself but worried about my pickup parked outside all night. Breakfast was a joke of all jokes. I grabbed an overripe banana and coffee and hit the road to find a restaurant. Bed was OK but notice the pic of my bathroom door. Touches at handle, 2" gap at top and 1" gap at bottom. Other areas of concern but this gives you the gist to recognize this place as a dump.
