My husband and I stayed at the Boreas Inn on Memorial Day '16 to see the beach. Just our luck he caught a head cold the day before and stayed in the room 95% of our reservation, while listening to him snore I enjoyed our Stargazer room. The bed was soft and had high thread count linens, our washroom had...

As always, our good friends Susie and Bill made our stay a wonderful experience. This was one of many visits; we always return. Boreas Inn's location is convenient to Cannon Beach which is only about 40 minute's drive from Long Beach. After last weekend's sand castle event in Cannon Beach, we mixed the fun with a tour of Astoria and...

Sadly, we were only able to spend one night there but we will be back. Everything the other reviewers said is absolutely true. Very comfortable, very good food, very friendly owners. We didn't have time to explore the town but it looked like it might be fun.

Our 3rd time there and it is always wonderful! Our room was beautiful, the breakfasts are outstanding, They are a highly-rated and multi-awarded B & B. All of their rooms are different and the common areas are very charming and comfortable. The hosts treat their guests like VIPs, make dinner reservations, suggest outings, provide lots of help in deciding activities,...

The whole experience was really amazing. It was our first time staying at a Bed and Breakfast and it was a very cool experience being hosted. Our room was beautiful and luxurious, exceedingly comfortable and was equipped with extra blankets in case we felt we needed them. Breakfast each morning was lovely, a multi-course meal that was both delicious and...

I love the Boreas Bed and Breakfast Inn. This visit I stayed in the Stargazer room with a view of the dunes and ocean. But what was magical was the clear night with moonlight beaming into the room and the view of stars twinkling. The bed is comfy and has beautiful bedding... lace, linens and quilted comforter. And the Boreas...

We stayed 2 nights at this lovely bed and breakfast as a surprise for my birthday. My husband booked with Susie to make sure he picked the right room and he did. The Dunes room is just lovely with it's king size bed, jetted tub and direct access to the patio outside. Susie also booked dinner for the nights we...

First of all, Suzie and Bill were amazing. They planned a last minute elopement for me and made my dreams come true. I couldn't have asked for a better night. The food was excellent!!! They basically set up my whole weekend for me and my husband, making for a completely stress free wedding and honeymoon. I would recommend this place...

After some twenty years operation Boreas is approaching flawlessness in every category from large to small, booking to departure. We had originally planned on the suite but after viewing all the rooms, vacant on our arrival, decided on the smaller light-filled Stargazer, shower instead of bath, on the second, top, floor with a view down a corridor towards the distant...

This home is well kept with special touches throughout. The owners are on site in their separate home. The breakfast was the highlight of our stay. The pastries were wonderful and so many different tasty offerings made for a huge breakfast! The presentation of the food was colorful and just a delight to your senses. Everything was a treat! Thank you for your review! We have thick feather beds on all the mattresses on the queens and kings in the B&B so when you nest into them at night, the feathers move and can create the feeling of a dip, or valley because of the displacement. That's the nature of them and we are always happy to remove a...
