Room (Suite) was smelly and outdated. Dust all over old and dirty furniture. Lot of noise at night and foot traffic!. Woke up to screaming and gun shots This area is not safe. Unfortunately we didn't know the area and got there at night time. We had to leave as soon as the police cleared the area. Forget about the...

I work in the hospitality industry and I stayed here on my sisters birthday, i had booked a special excursion for us and we had to have a hotel near where we were. I called before hand to ask if they could possibly do something nice for my sister when we check in, I asked for a card that said...

We stayed 1 night in this hotel. It was very clean, extremely nice front desk staff, huge room, and great experience. Breakfast was only muffins and fruit but enough to fill up. Plenty of parking. The room had the shower and toilet separate from the sink which is always helpful when u share a room with friends.

The photo listed is out dated. Our room was nicer. The room was very nice for the category of hotel/motel, but the bathroom was not pleasant and needs to be updated. When we first got into the room, the heat was on full blast. It must have been 85 degrees. We had to turn on the air (in feb) and...

The lady at the desk Sonny Kim, was extremely rude and condescending. As an Asian American I cannot stand the way these people here act and portray the rest of us as lazy and rude. I would not recommend staying here or providing any support for such a poor business who's employees will go out their way to ruin your...

We did a job in Tacoma and just needed a place to stay for a week. This place was good enough. Cheap rooms and they are pretty large. Room service was good and prompt. There are two small casinos across the street, some gas stations, and a Sizzler restaurant all within a block or two. So it served it's purpose...

Our brand new dodge charger got damaged on their property. We told the manager what happened and she couldn't care less. She didn't care at all. She told us to wait so she could look at the survellieonce and she didn't even go look at the survellieonce instead she went into our room and started messing with our stuff. Then...

My wife, dog and I are staying here for about a week until we find an apartment. We've been here three days, two nights so far and it's exceeded our expectations. It's privately owned and I can tell that the staff really care. They're very friendly and super-accommodating. The room we have is quite big and includes a couch, fridge,...

After two years living in South Korea I have been assigned to JBLM. Me and my brother just finished our weeklong cross country trip in my truck, and we needed a place to stay for a night before I signed in. Super friendly staff, decent prices, so many cable channels, make your own waffle continental breakfast!!! And in the heart...
