Clean room and most comfortable bed. Breakfast buffet was included with eggs, potatoes and meats. Very comfortable and relaxing to sit and read the newspaper at breakfast. Enjoyed sitting by the working fireplace in the lobby. The staff was polite and easy going.

This is an older but still good hotel. Rooms are clean and the shower is strong. Fairly quiet. Very polite desk staff. Free buffet breakfast was slightly better than okay. Coffee could be better. Too weak. Bread was a bit stale but bagels were good. Has a nice little bar inside. Hotel is conveniently just off I5. Lots of parking.

This is a nice comfortable hotel. In some small respects it is showing it's age but overall kept pretty up pretty well. It will need a major overhaul in a few years to keep up with competition but is still decent. The room was comfortable and quiet and the bed was good. I did spent a little time outside in...

We stayed in 4 rooms for nearly a week for a family gathering. We love Premium Double QUEEN & Premium KING Rooms, very modern, spacious, quiet, comfy. You MAY hear distant train in the background during the day. It is not that close and we stayed 5 days and the trains never woke any of us in the wing closest...

We were on our way home from the coast and decided to stop for the night in Kelso. We found what we thought was a decent rate on this hotel and booked a room that included free Wi-Fi, parking, and breakfast (normally 7.95/person). Check-in was a little disappointing as the person behind the counter barely acknowledge us and continued chatting...

Stayed overnight and thought it was a little out dated for the price. The rooms are still in the 80's but the price is for 2015. A lot of noise from the road and ball fields outback. I would look around before settling in for the night here.

Our family reunion was in Castle Rock, Washington in July. The members of my own family all stayed at the Red Lion for two nights. There was a total of six rooms. This property is in need of attention. After requesting a quiet room, my husband and I were placed next to the laundry room which meant there was serious...

They get a lot of money for an old, run-down property, and the customer service was awful. We booked our room in May for an August reservation, I inquired at that time about an early check-in and was told just let them know when we got in and they would see what they could do. It turned out that we...

The hotel is located al ittle too close to the interstate but staff was very nice and gave us a quiet spot. I thought the free breakfast was pretty good. The pool was nice. The service received from staff made it a good stay much more than the hotel room.
