We stayed in 4 rooms for nearly a week for a family gathering. We love Premium Double QUEEN & Premium KING Rooms, very modern, spacious, quiet, comfy. You MAY hear distant train in the background during the day. It is not that close and we stayed 5 days and the trains never woke any of us in the wing closest...

We were on our way home from the coast and decided to stop for the night in Kelso. We found what we thought was a decent rate on this hotel and booked a room that included free Wi-Fi, parking, and breakfast (normally 7.95/person). Check-in was a little disappointing as the person behind the counter barely acknowledge us and continued chatting...

Stayed overnight and thought it was a little out dated for the price. The rooms are still in the 80's but the price is for 2015. A lot of noise from the road and ball fields outback. I would look around before settling in for the night here.

Our family reunion was in Castle Rock, Washington in July. The members of my own family all stayed at the Red Lion for two nights. There was a total of six rooms. This property is in need of attention. After requesting a quiet room, my husband and I were placed next to the laundry room which meant there was serious...

They get a lot of money for an old, run-down property, and the customer service was awful. We booked our room in May for an August reservation, I inquired at that time about an early check-in and was told just let them know when we got in and they would see what they could do. It turned out that we...

The hotel is located al ittle too close to the interstate but staff was very nice and gave us a quiet spot. I thought the free breakfast was pretty good. The pool was nice. The service received from staff made it a good stay much more than the hotel room.

This place has gone downhill since our last stay in 2013. We stayed for 4 nights. On the first night, we found out that they were out of shampoo, had been for 3 days, and had no idea when they would get more. I was advised to go buy my own, even though it was late and most stores were...

I had been here before with a different feeling going away. 'Queen beds' really double beds, bathrooms updated along with TV and an attempt to upscale the room with a chair and stool which only served to crowd the room. Restaurant food only as good as the quality bought... Chef did all he could but ribeye had so much gristle...

We stayed here and while the room was spacious it was pretty dated and shabby. We had to stay in that area for a commitment and this hotel seemed the best, but it could really be doing with an update. Breakfast buffet was reasonable.

I was feeling nervous after reading several negative reviews. The completely unprofessional appearance of the front desk clerk didn't help. However, the room was okay. I stayed in a deluxe double queen that was clean and quiet. Free wi-fi, and nicer TV selection than many hotels. Door key cards a little difficult to work and beds had old-fashioned bedspreads on...
