Let's start out that this is definitely a lodge, and not what you would call a traditional bed and breakfast. We get in, and it's beautiful grounds. The lodge is rustic, and very northwestern. You get in, and don't expect to see anyone at the front desk. It says that you need to check in between 4-6, and call a...

We sincerely regret that these travelers spent what was, for them, an unpleasant night with us. As they saw it, there were multiple deficiencies involving check in, checkout, size of one of their rooms, and a toilet blockade, this last being the principal issue. We received the toilet call at about 9 PM. Tye arrived with an industrial strength plunger...

It was great to escape to the Olympic National Park. The lodge had the feel of being home and very welcoming. Loved being without t.v. and enjoying the peace and beauty in a cozy environment. Lots to see and do!

Quaint and clean with a super friendly and helpful staff! Wonderful in room breakfast and nature trail on property. A must stay on the Olympic Peninsula! The perfect spot to elope! We will definitely be staying here any chance we get!

we got in pretty late, and didn't get to meet any of the staff until the next morning. Breakfast was quite good, thought I had my doubts originally. Quiet room and setting, nice building. The only drawback was the tiny tiny shower of the Pocahontas room.

We thank this guest for the kind review. We would, however, contend that the shower in the Pocahontas does not really qualify as "tiny tiny". While small, it's a standard size single-person shower. Our apologies for contradicting this positive reviewer.

Stayed for the 3rd time and still enjoy it. Good beds, good food and great ambience. They put a nice breakfast in the refrigerator and you can heat it up in the microwave whenever you are ready to eat, There is plentiful of coffee in the room and a refreshment area in the lodge with coffee, hot chocolate and cider....

My myself, fiancee, and parents (4 adults) stayed in the Cedar room (2 bedroom) and all just thought it was perfect. The main lodge area is right off this room and is a great place to relax by the fire with some wine or coffee. In the morning we enjoyed homemade breakfast in our room. The only "con" I can...

The best thing about the lodge was it's location. The room was average, and the bathroom was small. The breakfast was good, and the common areas were comfortable. We liked how it was set back in the woods.

This place is close enough to some really awesome exploring and fishing, yet just enough off the beaten path you really get that outdoors feel. The staff was great and very accommodating as well. 10 out of 10

We were there in October and enjoyed our stay very much and the remote location away from the hustle and bustle of the big city is right up our alley. We stayed in the main lodge upstairs - beautiful to look out from our room down onto the main area with the fireplace going, coffee, tea or hot cocoa and...

We stayed in a separate cabin - The Owl. Manitou is full of whimsical artistic touches - things made by hand, of wood. Our cabin had a separate bedroom, a 2nd bed, 2 tables/chairs, a beautiful bathroom! Clean but OH so cozy and inviting. The Main lodge has a gorgeous stone fireplace; huge game table; library, native made gifts, fabulous...
