I recently stayed in the lower level unit of Salmon Shoal - one of several delightful cottages in the Salish Seaside Escape group of cottages. Salmon Shoal offers a large deck with spectacular views of the Salish Sea. The one-bedroom unit is spacious with a comfortable queen bed, sofa and table and chairs. There's a large TV for gaming, but...

We statyed in the absolutely beautiful Heron Cove at The Salish Seaside Escape. This cottage is the most unique cottage I have stayed in. The Salish Seaside Escapes is a short drive north of Eastsound town center which has plenty of shops and restaurants. The owners and staff do a wonderful job to make sure your island experience is memorable....

We arrived in the late afternoon after an interesting ferry ride from Sidney BC via Friday Harbour where we were able to have a short walk around the town when we changed ferries. The main room had a queen size bed, a good TV system and enhanced sound system that also played music. The bathroom was large with a beautiful...

Last weekend my husband and I stayed at the Heron Cove cottage at The Salish-Seaside Escapes. The cottage was beautiful and architecturally unique. It was stocked with everything we needed to make meals in the room, and we were pleased to find a wonderful entertainment system. The two decks made it really wonderful to relax and read, and beach access...

We stayed at Seal Point; the same place we stayed last year. Again, there were seven of us, including our 18 month old daughter, and our German Shepard. We were greeted immediately and went about trying to toddler-proof. There is not a door on a flight of steep stairs, so we improvised by moving a piece of furniture in front...

We absolutely loved staying at Heron Cove for the weekend. The accommodations are gorgeous, the setting is pure relaxation, and the cabin had everything we needed and more. We definitely plan to come back!

My wife and I just completed a great, relaxing stay at the Heron Cove cabin. The cabin itself is just plain old gorgeous. We took full advantage of the private hot tub and the sauna. It is only located approx 5-ish minutes drive from the center of Eastsound; so, it was easy and quick to pick up groceries or to...

We rented Screech Owl cottage for 2 days in early July for 4 people. My parents who were visiting and 2 of us. What a great experience we had from the time we arrived. We got checked in relatively quickly after we arrived on time. This cottage is not on the waterfront but I liked it as it accommodates 4...

The Salish Seaside Escapes has "themed" cabin rentals. My wife and I stay in the Eagle's Nest. Cabin for two, include a nice view of the San Juan. The kitchenette was a perfect size and we made dinner while we stayed. The cabin had everything we need. Management is onsite, very nice and actually provided us the ins and outs...

Eagle's Nest is a wonderful, artistic, secluded getaway. We loved being able to sit in the bed or hot tub and watch the ocean and passing eagles. At the same time, the expansive deck with hot tub and tables and chairs invited us out and made us feel more connected to the outdoors. We loved the small kitchen and being...
