Come here ever year, love it!! The cabins are spotless very nice people and nice bars and food near by. We love going in the summer, but also the winter is a really good time to go with the snow, would recommend this to anyone, can't wait to go again ! Great place to go !

Quiet, clean and appointed well for business travelers. Would be a lovely base for exploring NE Washington. Close to Hwy 395 and easy to find. Chewelah is a picture perfect town with good meal options.

Perfect location for us, close to Chewelah where we were attending the fair. The lodge has a wonderful common space for visiting. The weather was hot but the room we had (Cozy Nook) was nice and cool, with it's own entrance. The hosts were wonderful. Lots of choices for breakfast.

Three of us Seattle Mountaineers had a wonderful stay in the Travelers room after a weeks backcountry ski trip at Ymir Lodge in BC Canada. Best shower I've had in a long time. The property has a nice westerly sunset view and is only one mile up the hill from Chewelah. It is also 9 miles West from 49° North...

We have stayed at the lodge every year for our anniversary, and it is still as romantic as the first time we stayed. From the cozy well-furnished room, to the mountain view, the lodge aims to please. With 3 rooms on the lower floor, each with its own theme, we stayed in the Selkirk room. The decor is nice, old...

What a nice surprise for an area without many lodging options. Was skiing at 49 Degrees North and didn't want to book a hotel in Spokane and drive up. Saw the Mountain View Lodge listed on the ski areas web site and decided to give it a try. Great Location and Setting: 8 miles from the ski are meant a...

“The Travelers room is upstairs (same floor as the main great room) and has the best sunset views. The remaining rooms are downstairs that are open to one side.”

“I like the Selkirk room personally (formerly the canopy room), but they are all nice, each with its own amenities and all have a door to the outside parking area. And the view? It is different from each and well, breathtaking.”

“Timberline Room, Cozy Nook Room and Canpy Room are all great choices with similar views. Did not see the Travelers Room so can't comment.”
