Stayed over on a weekend. The room was big and spacious, and clean. The lady on the desk was very helpful due to my circumstances that my flight had been cancelled to Perth. The WiFi connection was slow not sure if it was because the hotel was full. There is a bakery and dry cleaners over the road and the burnside shopping centre about 600 metres away with a Cole’s and various other shops nice to go for a coffee. There’s a small pool at the hotel but I didn’t use it. The time I stayed it was quite windy and in the early hours I woke up with a banging noise as if a metal sheet had come loose.

Walked into an unmade room that had been used by someone and not cleaned. It was 11pm after a long day starting in Brisbane at 6am so had no choice but to stay. I slept in my clothes on the mattress. Tried 13 times to call the number on the Reception Door but no answer. When we spoke with them the next morning they didnt seem to care. Pool was disgusting Carpark was a mess Alot of foot traffic in and out to the back unit. is it a hourly room ???

I have Elite status with Best Western and was very very disappointed with this particular Property. Outside is very NEGLECTED and needs a good Clean and Paint. The car park is filthy with rubbish and weeds. The pool was a disgustingly dirty and in poor shape..... would hate to think what you could catch if you went for a dip ! The room was reasonable and the bed was good. This is the first Best Western that we have stayed in where we were asked to pay extra for Breakfast. Guess they missed the memo from Corporate about customer service. At "Check In" the person working was not very helpful plus very difficult to understand and when we went to "Check Out" in the morning the Office wasn't even open which seemed to be par for the course.....Customers are a distant second in their way of thinking. Would we stay here again...Don't Think So and Best Western should be ashamed to have their shingle hanging out the front. Corporate should do an unannounced visit sometime soon and work out what is going on with the only Best Western in Adelaide. Very Disappointed as every other Best Western we have stayed in either here in Australia and all over the USA we have enjoyed our experience.

Just plainly disgusting. Staff was the worst. Horrid smell in room, worst service encountered in any hotel/motel. Owner is hopeless at people/manager skills, no drinks in main lobby due to leasee selling the fridge and running hotel with only profiteering in mind. We spent time a year ago in this same hotel, and it was always clean and friendly, always understanding of visitors questions and concerns but now its been run into the ground. Maintenance guy was fired, there was 8-10 cleaners a year ago but now lucky to be 3 for the WHOLE hotel.

Would highly recommend, free complimentary wicked wings upon arrival and check out, great in house decor setting a grand standard for the remainder of the get away. Top of the class oven and top of the range heating and cooling system! Outstanding volume from the TV and a strong and stable soap dispenser. Show stopping lighting from the lamps which set the mood; strong and unbreakable. A colourful (to say the least) ironing board, making those crinkled outfits red carpet worthy. Lots of laughs to be had, you will not be disappointed! You will have a GRANADA of a time 😉
