Sw Grand Mound,

This was our third time staying and playing at Great Wolf Grand Mound, and we are never disappointed! The staff was very friendly, the rooms and water park were very clean. We even got to upgrade our room for a very low price at the front desk upon check-in! Restaurants are over-priced, but we bring our own food and utilize...

1 night stay is ok, but no need stay for multiple night, because the water park is not that big, mini water park. the rest area chairs are limited. you don't have enough sitting area and chairs. maybe because I went there during Christmas time, busy time to caused that maybe, I don't know. but I recommend to stay 1...

I invite someone from the Great Wolf Lodge Corporate office (maybe CEO Ruben Rodriquez himself) to contact me about why I will never set foot into the Great Wolf Lodge in Grand Mound, WA again. This was supposed to be a magical birthday weekend for my son, and I was humiliated by the staff, treated with complete and utter disrespect...

We intended this to be a fun family trip that would be relaxing and enjoyable, but it was less than enjoyable and I do not feel that this trip was worth the price at all. I would not suggest traveling here during peek travel times - winter- you will not sleep and it is very packed with people. The lobby...

We came for the waterpark, kids and adults can enjoy. Cold outside, but water warm and cozy inside. Nice accommodations and very nice amenities. Parking can be difficult, but once you park, you should not need to worry. You'll be glad you went.

We've been to GWL grand mound many times, and always enjoy it, but this time was one of the best times of my life. Everyone is so friendly, helpful, and try to make your stay fantastic. The Starbucks staff were over the top friendly and helpful. The water park is super fun, and felt clean and safe. The food is...

We have been to Great Wolf several years ago, and enjoyed ourselves thoroughly. Sadly, things have gone way done since then. The place is getting very tired, with wear, tear, and ground in dirt evident in most of the water play areas. Our room was clean, but the security safe malfunctioned from the start, and the shower water temperature was...

There was no place to put our clothes and things for five people. Lockers are expensive at 20.00 if we used them. No chairs ar tables available to use .Carpets dirty. Sofa sleeper had chocolate and wrappers in it. Kids had a good time.

We really enjoyed our stay. It has something for everyone. My son spent hours completing the quest and my teen daughter enjoyed the teen services at the spa. We would go more often except it's pretty expensive.
