We had a mostly good experience. It's in a good location, each site has a nice concrete patio, and we never had any major issues. However, we didn't have a great experience with check in. There was a young lady in the office, and she was not very helpful in any aspect. I was hoping for someone who could help... More

Our first visit to this large & very attractive campground, easy off/on VA Route 64. We stayed here to break up the trip to & from Northern Virginia to Rodanthe, Outer Banks, NC. Reservations (probably not necessary in Oct/Nov) were easy to make - efficient check-in. Well equipped camp store. We had Site 22, which was large enough for our... More

We have stayed in a lot of campgrounds around the country and this rates in the top 10. The employees go out of their way to make guests feel welcome. The grounds are kept immaculate and the cable and Wifi are error free, I have been to grounds great ratings and lousy wifi and tv. Very enjoyable stay and very... More

The staff there are rude. And to the fact you reserve one site and once you get there the original site you reserve isn't available.. not worth the money for the sites. I doubt our family will return.

We actually really liked this campground even though the sites are not as wooded & private as we normally like. We stayed on a premium lot for 2 nights as part of a layover during an extended vacation on our way back to PA. All lots are paved & level with picnic tables. The premium lots have an extended paver... More

The campground was clean and beautiful (and they probably had the cleanest bathrooms in a campground that I've ever seen), it was quiet and everyone was nice. The location is good for doing things around town. I'd recommend it.

My wife and I stayed at the park for 2 nights with 4 grandchildren while we visited the attractions around Williamsburg. The accommodations for RVs are exceptional; the grounds and facilities are very clean and well-kept and the staff is well-informed and friendly. This RV park is in a lovely setting yet close to Colonial Williamsburg, Busch Gardens and Water... More

We stayed here in August for a week and it was VERY quiet. The park, pool and bathrooms are super clean. The pool is on the smaller side and they have horseshoes and mini golf (needs some updating). Other than that, there's not much for kids to do. They have a huge inflatable water slide they call the hippo slide... More

First time here. Stayed here for 2 weeks. We were in site 3, and had plenty of room for our 40' fifth wheel, truck and motorcycle. Our site was level and a good size. Grounds, pool and facilities were very well kept. Staff was friendly and helpful everytime we dealt with them. Walked around the park and were surprised to... More

I am the first person to give an honest review. As a mom of two young children I feel that the money that you pay to go on a trip should be a great experience all around since this is not something typical that you area able to always do for your family. I am going to say that even... More
