This hotel has everything!! Wonderful customer service, immaculate throughout, comfy beds, nice linens and helpful staff. We were there for three nights and the customer service and housekeeping was consistent throughout our stay. It is pet friendly, but except for seeing pets I would have never known they were there.

The location of this hotel was great for seeing the historical sights especially for the price. We went for Thanksgiving and the hotel was completely booked. Though there were a lot of pets, there was no pet smell in the room or in the halls. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The free breakfast offered hot dishes as well...

Found this hotel very convenient to Colonial Williamsburg. A New hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable beds. My only complaints are breakfast room is small and crowded. Coffee pot located in bathroom by toilet. Pet friendly.

My husband and I stayed here on Christmas when we went down to Williamsburg for a few days. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The TV maybe could have used updating, but that was really my only complaint as it was very very slow to respond and had trouble turning on. The hotel offers free breakfast, and pets can stay...

Reservation and check in was quick and easy, no hassle. The staff was very friendly and helpful to include the front desk staff, housekeeping, and breakfast staff. Hotel was clean, staff friendly and helpful. Saw many sizes of dogs -- from miniatures to a German Shepherd and Golden Retrievers. Pets stay FREE. Full hot breakfast. Clean room. VERY friendly staff. Close to Busch Gardend and Historic Area. We stayed over the Christmas Holiday, and when many workers could be grumpy for working a holiday, the La Quinta staff seemed to be extra friendly and helpful. First time at a La Quinta, but will def book again in the future!!!

Picked the la Quinta hotel through a Busch gardens Christmas town package. The hotel was in a great location, with many near by dining choices and convenience stores.
