Very nice hotel with well kept, clean rooms. Two problems, there is no exhaust fan in the bathroom and when entering the room it is so dark, even with the entry light that my wife walked into the room and promptly slammed right into a low lying table. The entry light does not provide illlumination into the room, being blocked by a half wall. The hot breakfast was excellent with a good selection of hot and cold items.

Clean hotel not far from attractions. Super nice front desk staff and cleaning staff. We stayed two nights. Comfortable size room. Bed was firm for my taste but hubby liked it. Super soft comfy pillows. Breakfast Food was typical but abundant. Great value (although it is November...not much happening here now)

The purpose of a hotel is to come back from sightseeing or traveling to relax and get a good night's rest. Well that did not happen here. We checked in and air conditioner was not working in which we told front desk. We left all day and when we arrived it still had not been fixed. We suffered threw it since we were exhausted from the sightseeing however the beds were the hardest thing we have ever slept on as well. Front desk manger was manager on duty and refused a refund of money. She claimed she could only do half of the bill. Well I have worked in a hotel before and called her out on that. We did not get a refund until I contacted corporate in regards to the unprofessionalism of service and low quality as a diamond select member expects at a plus. Would not recommend and suggest their flag be changed if they can not live up to BW Plus expectations.

Our room was nice even though it was not one that had been remodeled. The room was large and clean. Beds were comfortable. The breakfast area had ample seating, was bright and clean, and the food was good.
We knew our room had not been remodeled because were some dents in the furniture and some rust on the bathroom door frame. We had to set the AC a few degrees lower than the desired temperature. The refrigerator whined when the compressor was running. There were not enough electrical outlets to charge all of our electronic devices and plug in my CPAP. The outlets were loose and did not hold the plugs securely.
But overall the room was very nice and the hotel is a great bargain.

I was very much disappointed with the room for the price. I was expecting better since it was located in Williamsburg. Room was very, very small as was the bathroom. Pillows very small. Very noisy from doors slamming shut most of the night and the AC unit at the end of the hall was making a constant noise.

I dont know about some rooms renovated and some not renovated. but my room seemed to modern. As for adjoining rooms, there was no door in my room to adjourn the roo. Next to mine. I would call the hotel and ask.

They told me to bring my ID since it was in my name. If your name is also on the reservation, you may be able to check in. Just to be sure,let the hotel know what you plan on doing.
