There are wonderful things to say about all rooms, massive showers with multiple jets. Some cabins with hot tubs overlooking the Valley. Amazing sunsets that you could watch in your robe (provided) in the best swing ever or spend time by the fireplace in the parlor with other guests at wine hour. Everything a B&B should be and more! Quaint...

We just returned from a wonderful 3 days at the Iris Inn for some much needed down time. This was our first stay here, and it was just fabulous. We normally stay at a different property that offers private cabins, but that property was booked for the weekend so we decided to give the Iris Inn a try. The cabins...

The main house of the B and B is warm and welcoming. We stayed in one of several "Tree Houses" and felt pampered and wanted for nothing. Amenities included comfortable king sized bed with luxury linens. The master bath has a wonderful roomy shower with a ceiling to floor window that views dense trees and affords ultimate privacy. There is...

I stayed here over the weekend and it was amazing. It's in a great location. Plenty things do in the area. The staff is amazing and very friendly. They had the answers to every question. Very knowledgeable of the area!! I will definitely be back.

We stayed at one of the cabins and our experience was great. The decor is modern and the cabins are spacious and beautiful. Breakfast options were delicious and the sunsets are amazing. Would definitely recommend for a romantic getaway.

What a wonderful vacation spot! I've included pictures of the cabin. It is all glassed in and provides a spectacular view of the Shenandoah Valley as well as little towns. There are electric blinds when you are ready for bed. The perfect screened in porch is large and completed with rocking chairs as well as a hot tub. Perfection. The...

What a wonderful stay. We began in the Hawks Nest which is lovely. Private and quiet with a hot tub on the deck. All the comforts of home. Cozy. It was great but we had hoped for sunset views and more sunlight. We ended up in a cabin. This was exactly what I had hoped for. Lots of windows and...

Stayed here 5 yrs ago..It was gorgeous and hospitality superior. But this time around - rooms are showing their age...Carpet is worn, some windows did not work, and more than anything the bathrooms were showing their age (cracked tiles, shower door did not close, eroded old grout, and toilet paper holders that were too small for toilet tools). The bathrooms...

I am sorry. Dave and I have been at a business conference this week to learn the newest knowledge about running an Inn. I am not sure what happened -- by whom and where. But it sounds like what we strive to offer guests was lost during your experience. This is not acceptable. I am sorry, this just doesn't fit...

Husband and I visited the Iris Inn for a long-needed getaway to bring in the New Year. I had read so many great things, especially about the cabins, so we tried them out for 3 nights. Expectations were met, for sure! I loved so many things about this place, from the check-in process (pull up, walk to your door, put...

The breakfast here is amazing- with a variety of omelettes (on monthly rotations) and fresh-squeezed orange juice. Dave and Deana gave us great service and we are planning to come back soon (and bring some friends with us).
