Sangat Island Resort is located on a postcard-perfect bay with a beautiful beach. The resort itself has a lovely, relaxed vibe. We came for the diving and weren't disappointed. The dive operation, run by the efficient and friendly Jojo, is top-notch. What we particularly appreciated is the personalized service and the great selection of dive opportunities. Every evening at dinner,...

Sangat Island Dive Resort is a simple but beautiful location. Diving is a great experience when you go here. Also the jetski and other activities. And if you a nature lover go here and create a brand new experience.

I had spoken with some divers I met in Borneo and they told me I'd love the Sangat Island Dive Resort and they were right. The diving was great, the staff excellent, and the experience was surreal. I explored 8 shipwrecks from WWII at various depths with experienced dive guides, 4 coral reefs and hiked over the mountains to the...

I loved this simple, yet full-serviced resort. In fact, what I loved so much about this place is that it doesn't feel like a resort at all. It is situated on an island on the beach and there are maybe 20 people staying there maximum. You do not see anyone except for meals. This place is extremely quiet and low...

Beautiful spot and launching pad to explore the area. It strikes just the right balance of rustic with comfort. The food was great and ample, the staff was warm and fun. This is a great place. Just keep in mind that there is no where to go once on the island, so plan a daily trip away and don't stay...

Unfortunately I was there for work reasons so I didn't have the chance to try out any of the resorts many amenities. But I definitely will return! It is an amazing place in an amazing location with excellent views and pristine crystal waters. The staff were kind, friendly and ever so welcoming. The food was world class. The resort carries a...

Sangat island is a private resort, approximately 45 minutes boat ride away from Coron (free transfer included in room cost). The resort has a limited number of cabins with a view of the beach and water. The resort has a rustic as opposed to modern, pretentious feel to it. There is a lot of space on the beach/ cabin area,...

We arrived at Sangat Island after taking the first boat out of El Nido after the cyclone at NYE. We were tired and a little stressed but from the moment we were picked up by the lovely welcoming Jennifer to our fond farewells at the dock, we were looked after like family. Our initial stay was booked for 4 days...

We visited Sangat Island on new years eve and had planned to stay for 3 nights and ended up extending for an extra 2 nights because we had such a great stay. The staff and service on the island are super. They are very helpful in every department and I was amazed at how smoothly everything ran. The food was...

We looked up several resorts around the area, but for the most part they're all your standard paradise beach resort with infinity pools, luxurious western lodging, international cousine, etc... And that's not what we were after. If I want to get guaranteed sunny weather, professional spa, a perfect pool, free bar, and modern international cuisine, I'll go to the Cannary...
