This is a wonderful B&B. Eve is a charming hostess and the staff are very lovely people. Our room was beautiful with every appointment we could ask for. Breakfast was superb. Highly recommend this exceptional property.

Our philosophy is that while our desire is to provide you with our very best, YOU are the ones who are "Something Special." All of our guests have given us such joy with stories about their lives and their families. We are the ones who receive the pleasure. Thank you so much for such a wonderful review. Stunning. The property is beautiful, the rooms are up to date and quite large, the staff -Cathy and Deanna-treat you like family-it is truly a gem among B and B's. You literally have the run of the property when you are a guest. This will be our new destination in the fall for changing of the leaves. We cut our...

We will look forward to seeing you next year when the leaves change. We just can't guarantee when exactly that will be. :) Very happy to hear that Kathie and Deana took good care of you. And most importantly - thank you so much for your review. It is very much appreciated.

This is the second time I have stayed here. Last time was with my husband, and this time with my 84 year young mom. We were heading to JMU for homecoming and I knew my mom would love this place. Gracious owner, lovely accommodations and quiet country setting. Nice restaurants in Staunton, with history and other things to do. I...

We absolutely loved having you with us. And what a delight to meet your Mom. She's quite a lady. Having put 2 daughters through college, we made a commitment to our JMU, Bridgewater, W & L, VMI and Mary Baldwin parents that we would give a discount every visit except Graduation weekend. Just let us know when you make your...

This is a beautiful Bed and Breakfast situated a short drive from downtown Staunton. The inn is immaculate and so beautifully decorated without feeling over fussy. We stayed in the barn and our room was fabulous, with a sleep number bed which was so comfy. The setting affords countryside views, with expansive decks, although you are fairly near a main...

Me and my best friend wanted to go on a road trip and stay at our first B&B. We had stayed at hotels before but their breakfast is usually gross and rooms are pretty standard. You will not find anything standard here. The room was amazing, the bed can adjust to your comfort level, they restock the fridge every morning,...

We stayed during our road trip to Memphis. The Inn is situated on the edge of the lovely town of Staunton and sits just a few miles from the start of the Blue Ridge Parkway. The accommodation is lovely siting within its own secluded grounds but close to town and the main highway. The main house includes accommodation and a...

We sisited the Inn at Old Virginia in August and again in October and thoroughly enjoyed our stays. Beautiful, high-quality, Civil War period B&B property in the Shenandoah Valley with easy access to I81, Staunton Old Town, Waynesboro, and most importantly fantastic hiking trails (Humpback and Crabtree Falls are a MUST!) accessible from the Blue Ridge Parkway, Skyline Drive, and...

The Inn was very clean and offered a very good breakfast. Very scenic and peaceful location. The Inn Keeper was very knowledgeable about the area. She also was very personable. Her recommendations for restaurants in the area were very helpful.

After a trip through Shenandoah National Park we planned a day in Staunton. This is a great location to use a a base, it's a short drive to the town. Starting off with a warm greeting and brief tour- the entire staff was great. We stayed in the converted barn which is highly recommended. Breakfast was very good, the highlight...

Staying at Inn at Old Virginia was an absolute delight. Every need was met before we even realized what that need was. The room was immaculate with a beautiful view. Eating the perfect breakfast in the beautiful setting was one if the highlights of our stay. Our only disappointment was that we could only stay one night!
