I went to Stauton with a friend of mine to do some hiking on the Appalachian trail and stayed at this B&B from 4/28 to 4/30. We stayed in the barn and had a full view of an idyllic landscape. The hosts were incredibly phenomenal, the rooms were very clean, and the stay was very peaceful. A 5 star breakfast...

We had a quick one night stay but will be returning again and again. Beautiful property, rooms have peaceful rural views, modern amenities and rustic charm. I can't wait to bring back friends to stay here for our wedding! Chris was always available and very helpful. The Inn was a 5 minute drive to all the fun Staunton has to...

We spent two nights here while touring the area. Our first night was with friends, the second on our own. Very quiet comfortable room in main building. Our friends stayed in the barn and were quite happy. Chris, the host, did everything humanly possible to make the stay perfect. The breakfast each morning was delightful in the atrium. We lingered...

Thank You B&GR for taking time to write a review. It was a pleasure to have met you both and your friends. We enjoyed having you! I like when Guests "linger" to take in all that surrounds them....we'll take that as a compliment. Please consider us in the future!

The Inn at Old Virginia is an excellent place to stay in Staunton. Just a few minutes outside of town, it's clean, comfortable, and quiet. The rooms are in great condition, and Chris was a welcoming and attentive host. Breakfast was terrific as well.

What a spectacular find!! We stayed in the barn in the General Stonewall Jackson room on the first floor. It was a warm, welcoming, beautifully furnished room painted in a cool, relaxing blue (the exact shade I want for my retirement house in Florida!!). The barn has a common great room for its guests. There were comfortable couches, a large...

The owner and staff were delightful and could not have been more accommodating. The rooms were excellent, even with beds that could adjust for different hardness ( a different brand than Sleep Number, and, I have to say, not as comfortable. Great breakfast, close to town. Just a very warm and inviting place to spend time.

There are really no simple words to describe the incredible experience that is Inn at Old Virginia. I am a very well seasoned traveler and this was far and away one of the best kept inns I've ever seen or experienced. Chris is the Innkeeper and, with a little help from his friends, does everything and anything humanly possible to...

Fantastic weekend at this wonderful B&B! One feels right at home from the moment you arrive, greeted by the dynamic duo of Catherine and Kathy. What a great team! Everything from the personal service, to the room (Asher W. Harman II), to the excellent breakfast was first class. Don't hesitate, if in the area, to stay at this Bed &...

Thank you so much!! It is so rewarding and gratifying for us to find that our ultimate goals are being reached. It's easy to get "bogged down" in the operations, mechanics, etc. of a B & B. But we are constantly reminded that you, our guests, are what the whole point of being here is. You are a blessing and...

I had never been to a B&B before so I'll admit I was a little skeptical and did not know what to expect. Upon booking the room through hotels.com, I shortly thereafter received an email from one of the Inn keepers (Catherine) who wanted a little more information on our stay. After a few emails back and forth letting her...

Took a trip 4 hours south to escape the winter. Well, it was still cold, but the Inn at Old Virginia was a great place to stay and keep warm.
