My husband and I prefer to stay at B&Bs when we travel, business or pleasure, which is quite frequent. Our experience level with respect to B&Bs is “expert,” to say the least. Bay Tree Manor achieved the highest rank in our vast experience. We plan on going back for some more R&R. While being only 10 to 15 minutes from...

I can't express enough gratitude for Mark and Paige. They were absolutely fantastic. The breakfasts were insanely delicious, especially Mark's signature dish (which I won't describe to maintain the surprise), and I even tried to recreate one of the meals, but I admit it paled in comparison to Paige's preparation. Food aside, Mark and Paige are absolutely amazing people. I...

My husband and I went to visit the Historic Triangle (Jamestown, Williamsburg, and Yorktown) over my spring break (elementary school teacher here). We went just for three days and two nights. Because it was during the off season and we were the only patrons the owners were kind enough to upgrade our room without any additional charge. We were originally...

My nephew recently rode his bike across the country in an effort to raise money for the National Eating Disorders Association (NEDA) and was set to end his ride in Yorktown, VA. My sister found Bay Tree Manor online and reached out to Paige to see about renting all four rooms for family coming in to celebrate him completing his...

My Husband and I stayed for our anniversary and it was wontabulous!! Mark and Paige are down to earth, wonderful people. They treated us like we were old friends in their home, but when it was time for bed, the bedroom and bathroom were remarkable! Then we felt like more than old friends, we were royalty for the night. I...

My husband and I stayed here for our 1 year anniversary in 2014. It was amazing. We chose this location because it was close to my grandfather who recently had a birthday. We wanted time together but also to visit him. The innkeepers left cake and champagne in our room, not as a package or add on but as a...

This was the most enjoyable experience I have ever had at a bed & breakfast. First off, location. It is right on the bay so the views and the sunrises were heavenly. Second, my room. Beautiful and comfortable with a direct view of the bay and sunrises from a large window. Beautiful roomy private bathroom - new and up to...

Stayed at Bay Tree Manor over the 4th of July weekend and had a wonderful time! Mark and Paige were outstanding hosts and the breakfasts were big enough that we didn't need lunch! We have a nice mattress at home and are often disappointed when we stay away, but the mattress here was very comfortable. The view is amazing, the...
