No shuttle despite reviews you might see. Small and bare bones and fine for a few hours. Staff overly defensive, watched a woman face questioning about her lack of towels in her room that was honestly strange.

My mom daughter and I stayed here while driving home from Florida as a place to just sleep. We checked in at 12 am and had to wait on line. The pertain at front desk wasn't very friendly. The room was clean but seemed outdated compared to all other microtel hotels we have stayed at.
They only had enough towels for two but we had three people. I went to front desk to get more and he could only find one more towel and no washcloth or hand towel
Limited toiletries were provided in the room as well.
No usb outlets in room. No alarm clock either.
Did have fridge and microwave. The TV was on top of the closet very high up almost touching ceiling.
Beds and pillows were comfortable.

just don't do it!! go somewhere else! it is out dated, smells like pot, not clean and no one really to talk to about it. I think most of the employees are the ones smoking the pot! Had to ask for towels every day because they never left any. Bed was comfortable but the building is gross. No washer or dryer working, no hair dryer, tv is about 20" and frig is about the same size. very gross!!

The hotel is in a Great location. They still have smoking rooms available that don't stink of old cigar stench. The hotel is located right off the highway (64) and down street from (295)and down street from the airport.

Cheap, conveniently located near the airport (5 min drive), and that’s about all the positive things I can say about this hotel. I feel like I was duped into booking a room here because all the pictures online make the place look so nice. Wish I had just spent a little more and stayed somewhere else.

I booked a non-smoking room for two. As soon as we stepped onto our non-smoking floor, we were hit with the strong smell of cigarette smoke. Even worse, the smell permeated into our room and made it quite uncomfortable to stay there. Despite having indicated that two guests would be staying there, there was only one set of towels in the bathroom. And the towels and all the sheets on the bed were stained and DISGUSTING. We weren't even given a full set of sheets! It was just an uncovered duvet. The carpet looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in a few years and the bathroom floor was covered with dirt and hairs (that frankly didn’t look like they came from someone’s head). The single trash can in the room still had some trash left in it. The toilet was broken and continuously ran water all night. Half of the hot water handle on the sink had broken off and was missing. Chunks (that’s right, chunks!) of the in-room phone were missing, alarm clock didn’t work. I didn't even try the shower – I was too appalled at everything else. Even for a value hotel, this was very disappointing for a place that carries the Wyndham name.

This place needs some TLC, when I walked in was greeted by a dog just running free around the lobby. There were guest in the lobby also, and from their conversation could tell they had been staying there for some time. Lobby not very clean. Got to my room, everything looked old and used. Walls dirty, room smelled of mold and mildew. This place needs a detailed cleaning, some fresh paint and carpet cleaning. Would not stay here again, or send any one here.

All images online are false. This microtel is the complete opposite of how it's described and shown online. The building doesn't even look remotely close to the way it's pictured and the rooms are different than they appear.

This place is filthy, musty and OLD. The bathroom shower was black with what looked like years of caked-on filth and everything was cracked from the walls to the floors. The toilet seat was "repaired" in multiple places instead of just replaced when needed. The faucet and sink were cracked and dirty with some kind of film on it.

The room itself was musty, the bedding was dirty and the service was horrible.

Spend the extra few dollars to stay somewhere better, that doesn't make you feel itchy and gross upon leaving.

The pictures online were deceiving. Upon arriving to the hotel the outside and lobby looked nice but the guestrooms were a hot mess. There were no pictures on the walls. There were stains in the carpet … the sink fixtures in the bathroom were broken. There were holes in the wall from where screws had been. They never came and had cleaned our room nor provided clean towels and wash clothes or took the trash out the room. I had inquired about checking out early repeatedly between the hours of 7a to 11a but no one had any answers and the hotel manager never got back with me. I wanted to ensure that I wouldn’t be charged for the 2nd night but never heard back. The room didn’t even have telephones in them. I had to use my phone to communicate with the front desk.

When I walked into the building, it was hot and muggy. There was a long line waiting to be served. The staff was rude and argumentive with the customers. Every time someone got their key to their room they came back within 5 minutes to complain, which resulted in the staff arguing back with the customer to the point everyone was asking for a refund. Once I got to the counter and got my room key I thought let’s take a look at the room. When I got to my room there was someone in it! My key worked but there was a couple on the bed! I went back to the desk and stated my problem. There was a couple beside me that stated “you too?!” They also had a key to someone else’s room. The second room I received had bugs galore! As soon as I opened the door a hundred gnats flew out! Just gross!

Gross. The front desk smells disgusting. The halls are overwhelming with smoke. The room had people in it and it looked like people had been living there a long time. Left immediately. There are no improvements going on here. This is the way it is is and has been for a long time. The signs in the lobby saying no refunds after 15 minutes of check in are a give away.
