I chose this hotel SPECIFICALLY for the free breakfast and airport shuttle. Neither were available. When I called upon landing, was told "we have no shuttle." So I had to pay $15 for an Uber. Breakfast (bagged) was "all gone" by 8 a.m. Not even a water bottle to be had. Really appalling and totally deceiving!

This hotel has made so many improvements, I have been coming here for over 10yrs for my business and had always felt like a stranger. Well I got to say WOW!!!!! even the front desk has improved, before it was business as usual, now there is a new face and she makes you feel welcomed with such a friendly personality, its refreshing. I think her name is Betty Ann or Beth Ann, she brings much needed LIFE to this the place.

We were driving home from Florida to Maine and tried for 3 hrs to find a hotel, found this one,should've kept driving! Dirtiest hotel ever.. smoking rooms, stained and ripped furniture, hallway rugs ripped stained, room barely cleaned it was a fright Breakfast staff and room was the only decent thing about this place

Brenda and her staff are the friendliest, most accommodating team, and all around great people. Hotel is a bit worn around the edges but bed was so comfortable. Breakfast is a bit light on protein but they all go out of their way to take care of you. Minutes away from the airport so a great place to stay if you have to come in the day before.

I called here tonight when the Best Western where I was supposed to stay didn't have anyone at the desk for over 20 minutes. After driving 8 hours I needed a place to lay down. Ayoka was very sweet and told me she could get me in a 1st floor room so I wouldn't have to carry my heavy suitcase up stairs. The room is extremely clean and smells great! I'm enjoying my stay! :D

Very clean room. Quiet hotel. Basic Hot breakfast was included starting at 6AM. Eggs, bacon/sausage, cereals, toast, bagels, danish, etc and waffles. Convenient to the airport and lots of shopping and restaurants.

Stayed here for a night with a friend since it was too late to drive for the night during winter. The added bonus is their free airport pick-up that sealed the deal! I have nothing but compliment to the staff. They are friendly and nice, from the kitchen staff to the front desk. The room was clean, bed was comfy, breakfast was delicious, from waffle to biscuits, eggs, sausage and cheese to oatmeal, yogurt, banana and more...the type of breakfast that would jump start your day! Brenda took us to the airport to pick our car rental. We had a fun conversation. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

After arrival they told me the ground floor is being renovated so I had to lug my heavy suitcase upstairs. no one offered to help. I am getting pt for a back injury and I had cataract surgery 6 days ago and am not supposed to lift more than 10 pounds. The room absolutely reeks. they said they have no other rooms available. I'm contacting other hotels with hopes that I can move. terrible experience.

Most of the staff were great. However the facility was just short of skid row. The room was damp despite a drying agent under the air conditioner. I booked it because it was cheap, so I am to blame for the some of this. I should have done my due diligence and avoided this facility. It's worth notating that management contacted me only to give the party line and say what a great company they are. They "offer" breakfast, but do yourself a favor and go to the 7-11 across the street. I did not ask for anything, and I would not accept a free stay if it was offered. If you are in the Sandston area, you would do well to choose another hotel. Thank you.

One and done deal. Had a bad experience, called the manager she said the hotel owner offered me a free night I said no thank you. Apparently the owner didn't listen and gave me a free night, didn't give me any info on how to use it or anything. Guess that's useless then.
