I have stayed at the inn many, many times and each time it gets better. The owner, Cindy Lou is a dynamo of enthusiasm and cheerfulness that is indeed missing in this time. In such a small area with no real choices for accommodation this is an undiscovered gem. While on R&R she a

It was nice to stay here, warm welcome the owner as we checked in. The room was very cozy and we sure did enjoy the basket of goodies they gave us. I met the other owner the very nice wife, she seemed very involved with the guest. We would recommend this for anyone that stays!

We were treated so special for our sons wedding week; we couldn’t have chosen a more perfect place to stay. I’m so grateful for having found the Inn at Burwell Place to have all my family (my 86 y/o dad and sister, my 4 adult children and spouses, to my baby granddaughters) toget

I decided on this B&B after reading the reviews. The Inn at Burwell Place is a beautiful Victorian, beautifully scented, with lavish furnishings, clean and beautiful rooms and bathrooms. You will certainly feel like a royalty in this place. I especially enjoyed admiring the be

I am considering the Burwell Inn on my way to PA. The area is a halfway point for our drive. We like to drive halfway, spend the night, then drive the rest of the way, the next day. I noticed on the website that I'm not seeing on line booking. Do I need to call this Inn to reserve a room? And if so, how far in advance should I book a room? I'm planning an April 2017 trip.
"Tall trees surrounding the building gives all the rooms, great privacy. We stayed in Room 4."
"Room 1 was beautiful"
"The room with the adjacent converted sleeping porch adds a comfy sitting space."
"There is no bad room. Each room/suite is unique and historic and unforgettable."
"Both second floor suites good for older children to room in; suite one with the pullout sofa on sunporch, available seasonally; suite with daybed, also. The queen rooms are still comfortable. Main floor has sizable living room/commons area for family visits if using multiple rooms. Third floor is innkeepers' quarters."
