My 88 year old mother was born not far from Reedville, so it was a going down memory lane for her. We had visited her home place and landmarks she hadn't seen in a few years. So we were late getting to Chris and Sandy's B&B but we were greeted with such understanding and friendliness. The home is located on...

Chris and Sandye are wonderful hosts, very easygoing and helpful. The B&B is clean, comfortable, and right on the water. The views are spectacular. My husband and I would highly recommend Grandview to anyone looking for a relaxing couple of days.

Chris and Sandye run a very welcoming establishment. Well kept, clean and comfortable. View of the estuary right outside your window. Breakfast of eggs, sausage and melon was delicious. Looking forward to coming back

My husband and I were very satisfied with our stay here. It didn't have all the elaborate bells and whistles as some b&BS but was more down to earth and homey. A highlight of our stay was sitting outside by the water at sunset with a bottle of wine. We stayed in the captains quarters room, simple fresh decor and...
