The resort is absolutely gorgeous, the staff is amazing, and if you want a good drink their bar is the best place to go! I was there over the weekend for a convention and everyone was so great taking care of us, Glenn is a brilliant manager, greets everyone by name, and doesn't hesitate to sit down and have a...

I stayed at Mountain Lake Lodge last weekend for a convention and absolutely loved it. The grounds are beautiful, the food in the Harvest restaurant and the bar was wonderful (and the bartenders very entertaining). The staff was more than hospitable and very friendly as well. There were a number of activities and I didn't have time for them all,...

let me first start by saying the lake at Mountainlake is not a lake...more like a pool. There still a beauty to it the visible bed of the lake, I was informed that it will refill naturally and has done so numerous times over the years. That being said the Harvest restaurant was an amazing experience. Everything from the "We...

The entire trip was a pleasant surprise, staying one night, a Tuesday we had the feel of having the place to ourselves. The real surprise was having one of the best meals I've had in my adult life, homemade macaroni and cheese topped with pulled pork bbq..."i'm from Tennessee so I know bbq" it's been two days and I still...

My husband and I went for a long weekend and took our dogs with us. The entire place is so pet-friendly! The food was incredible, and the service was even better. The highlight of the weekend had to be the bartender in The Tavern, Mike, who was wonderful beyond words. It snowed while we were there which made the weekend...

We took our two dogs and spent a long weekend in the Chestnut Lodge. What a great, relaxing experience we had. We had not been to Mountain Lake in several years, and not since renovations and new management, but thought we'd try it again. And we were really impressed. Plus the bartender, Michael, is superb!
