We stayed in the Lyness Suite for three nights after reading the reviews on Trip Advisor. We had driven six hours from Raglan in the pouring rain, so were hoping this would be a place we could relax and enjoy the Bay of Islands. It certainly didn't disappoint. Sharon was a great host, I loved the little touches and the...

We stayed three nights in the Lyness Suite which was fabulous. The suite is private, very clean and comfortable with excellent facilities. The bathroom has a large shower with great water pressure. There is also a nice big spa bath and underfloor heating in the bathroom. The suite also has a fireplace with plenty of wood supplied, kitchenette facilities and...

We were at Lyness cottage for 5 nights at the end of our five weeks in NZ. It is a fabulous private and secluded place to wind down and relax. Our hosts, Sharon and Adrian were attentive but never intrusive. We loved chatting with Adrian about everything from the economy to his Morgan Three Wheeler. Sharon pointed out local galleries...

Nice place to relax, enjoy meals out on the deck, and get excellent advice on tours and activities from Sharon and Adrian. We also saw the suite,...

Paradise! What a wonderful place to stay. I will never forget that glorious view across the emerald lawn to the ocean below. Sharon and Adrian are the perfect hosts. We stayed in the luxurious suite, contained a big beautiful bed, fireplace and windows galore. I sat at our breakfast table, inhaled the scent of a Freesia bouquet on our table and...

Our stay in the Lyness Suite was a highlight of our recent trip to the North Island. The fine linens, luxurious bath, king size bed and private patio had us feeling luxurious and pampered. The views across the lawn and romantic garden to the inlet below are stunning. And Sharon and Adrian have that special knack of providing the right...

We knew we had picked the perfect spot for our 5 night stay in Kerikeri when we drove up the shady lane to Lyness Accommodation. The 1920's house has been beautifully restored with incredible attention to detail evident everywhere. The huge garden and resident sheep add to the warm ambiance Sharon and Adrian have created. A bowl of fresh fruit...
