Cottesloe Beach Hotel is one of the more up-market hang-outs on Perth's coastal fringes. The Verandah Bar is for meeting friends who want a sophisticated catch-up. The Verandah Bar will give you a great view of the sun sinking into the Indian Ocean. It's a place to have a few beers after you've been hitting the surf. The bar has local and craft beers on tap. The Cotesloe Beach Hotel is a great place to laze away the afternoon, and evening.

Hotel is a bit dated but rooms are quite big. Cheap breakfast at the restaurant and bar is ok with ocean view and also got a open air top bar but only open summer season. Beach and cafes just over the road.

I mucked up our accom booking and My husband and I ended up “homeless” We were having a drink at the Cott, my husband mentioned our plight to the barman and he offered a place at the hotel. Being last minute, we were given the only room, but next day we were upgraded to a beach front room. Great deck with sun all afternoon for the price of a partial view room. Just as we settled in wa was put into another lockdown The Cott understood that our flight to Melbourne was cancelled, and they allowed us to stay all day until we could leave for our new flight So generous They offered us all ammenities and service The view and vibe of this pub and hotel is priceless

Ordered half chicken and fries. Partner ordered fish and chips. Chicken had obviously been reheated and skin was very blackened. It tasted as it looked, horrible. I ate a few small pieces of this dreadful chicken and pushed the plate to one side. Have to say this was the most terrible dining experience I have ever had. I cant understand why people invest heavily in businesses and then do themselves no favours by offering such horrible service. I won’t ever return to this joint. Also say a young lady asking the waitress to take a plate of oysters away. I wonder why!

Good spot but 2 bar servers to a packed pub is terrible. 45 minute wait on food. If it’s going to be sunny, and there’s an event on the beach... put more staff on. More food and beverage sold the more money you make... simple business really.
