Stayed recently and was not impressed with size of the site and constantly people walking very close or under awning rather than walking around the roads Never been so disappointed with a caravan park . Did not see the amenities cleaned in two days and no hand wash in the mens. Very over priced and rac should look at this situation.

Unfortunately we had a disappointing experience with this park. We arranged a late arrival, as we arrived after 5pm. When we arrived, the provided envelope indicated we should stay at a site, which was already occupied. We then called the after hours emergency number 4 times, but nobody answered the call (or ever called back). Finally we just picked a free site and stayed there. The facilities were nice and clean.

Woke up to a flat battery in the campsite and the staff helped me out with a jump start, great help and very friendly. This park has changed a lot since my last stay 12 years ago, a pool, a new amazing campers kitchen, bit surprised it didnt have a freezer but it had everything else. Our campsite had no shade which was a pity as its otherwise a great park, I think the addition of some trees along the side camping area would be a huge bonus. Thanks again.

So after having to change our original holiday plans in Augusta after the last minute lockdown we decided to head north We stayed in an unpowered site close to the beach. Was a wee bit windy but what can ya do! Didn’t stop us from having a great time :-D We spoke with a lovely lady called Tenille who was the most accommodating. She helped us last minute and gave us a great spot! Super helpful and you can tell she loves her job and where she is with the information of the area, and her love for the caravan park, she wasn’t wrong when she said it was a great spot! She is a real asset to your company. Not only is she a superstar on reception but she also makes the best bloody coffees too, had one the next morning, if you’re a coffee lover you’d be a sucker to miss out! I’m a bit (actually no, I’m a flat out) coffee snob (not gonna lie) but was not disappointed, in fact it’s probably the best coffee I’ve had in such a long time!!!! Anyway every one of the staff members that I spoke to were extremely friendly. Really lovely team of people :-D The amenities were super clean and felt like they had just had a facelift. So clean, modern and just all round generally comfortable. If the showers and toilets weren’t already good enough you should see the *you beaut* camp kitchen they have, holy dooly! I’ve stayed some places but never seen such a clean modern camp kitchen on the road! 5* for that guys!!!! Never got a chance to swim in the pool but I’m a nosey Nora so definitely had a look! Beautifully clean and spacious! Would have stayed another night but my doggy gets restless and he likes to free camp as there’s not many restraints on leads, no fault of the caravan park we just have a pampered pooch LOL!!! Once again thank you RAC Cervantes, we will be staying with you 10000000% again when we get some more time off, you guys are legends! The owners should be very proud of their team! Xxx

We camped at powered campsite for 3 nights this week. Nice campsite, but very exposed to the elements, we had gale force winds throughout our stay, which we were told is always like that all during summer, there was no shelter from this which was frustrating and tiring as difficult to sleep in and couldn’t sit at tent because everything would blow off table, sand in your eyes constantly...but not much you can do about that. The facilities were a bit of a let down, the toilets and kitchen were filthy, but some of that is to do with feral guests who can’t clean up after themselves, this includes the bbq, they were always dirty. We forgot our box of cooking utensils, but thought it would be ok as most sites with camp kitchens have everything you need to borrow. There was nothing at all here for guests to use, and nowhere to buy these items in the town. There was no hand sanitizer in any of the kitchen pumps, so I would suggest you take some with you along with anti bacterial wipes to clean down the kitchen benches. The fridges were filthy and the smell was awful, we ended up binning old fruit and vegetables that had went black and tried to clean the inside of the fridges but the smell made me sick! I even cleaned the kitchen bin lid because it was so gross. Lack of sun shades around the pool area, apart from the pool so maybe pack a sun umbrella if your wanting to sit around the pool to supervise your kids. Despite some of these issues we still had a lovely time, it’s a nice site and staff were lovely but I don’t think we will go back and camp at this site in a hurry. The cleanliness was a big letdown for us.
