Points South By The Sea has 3 luxury self contained cottages featuring stone fireplace, outside and inside showers, spa bath, full kitchen and out side BBQ. Each cottage has a king and queen bed.They are fully airconditioned for your comfort.The cottages are ideal for both couples and families. Beach access is literally across the Great Ocean Road and there are walking tracks throughout the property. A great fishing spot and if you are keen to surf bring the board as we are located just across the road from Sledge Hammer and down only metres from Boneyards and Whale Bone... all great surf spots.Fantastic in summer but just as beautiful in winter!

We love the views and the accommodation and have been coming here for the last nine years. Bryan and Joan are fabulous hosts and always go the extra mile for their guests. So much to see and do in the area from the Otway Fly to Chris on the Beacons restaurant. Wonderful view of the great ocean road and the sounds of the waves. We will be back again next year as usual!

I spent a week in cottage 1, in mid July, I absolutely LOVED it. The cottage had everything that you may need and more. I do love an oven, but this time I did NOT miss it, if I was desperate, the BBQ would have worked beautifully. The goodie bags, Bryan and Joan supplied were a delight. Plus an extra surprise, a delicious birthday cake. Fabulous bed, beautiful bathroom, great heating and an ample supply of firewood. I did not walk any of the trails, in fact I didn’t go very far at all. I was after ocean views and the crashing of waves, that’s my escape. Points South by the Sea, did NOT disappoint. Bryan and Joan, what you have at Points South is stunning and will always have a VERY SPECIAL place in my heart ♥️

From the moment you enter the driveway to the moment you step into your cottage nothing is out of place. The cottage itself (cottage #2 for us) was inviting and cosy with georgeous unobstructed views of the ocean and a generous welcome gift from the owners. Everything you could want, and more, is supplied - it is like being in a home away from home. Nothing has been overlooked. Bryan is a friendly and welcoming host and full of information about attractions in the region and recommendations of places to eat. The weather was up and down during our stay (sun, wind, rain, hail, thunder and numerous rainbows) however that didn't ruin our stay or stop us from attending several attractions. Points South By The Sea is perfectly located, not too far out from Apollo Bay but far enough for relaxation, complete privacy and absolute peacefulness. Enjoying a movie with a glass of wine by the fireplace is just bliss. It was so easy falling asleep to the sounds of the ocean and, at times, rain instead of the usual traffic and barking dogs back at home. After not having a getaway for quite a few years we are thrilled to have found Points. However 2 nights just wasn't enough for us. My wife and I had a lovely 2night stay in Cottage 2. We had a full, uninterrupted view of the ocean from the lounge room and bedroom. Spectacular! A short walk to the beach; good for rock-pool exploring. A short walk up the back of the property and we were able to spot a koala. The clear skies meant that we were able to star gaze both nights. Amazingly bright!! A big "Thank you" to Bryan the Owner who is a very friendly and attentive host. He leaves nothing to chance and genuinely wants your stay to be the best it can. Thanks Bryan. We loved Point South by the Sea!!

Excellent location and facilities close to Apollo Bay. Perfectly set up cottages with fabulous views of the sea. Bryan is an excellent host with plenty of information on the area. The welcome bag full of goodies was an extra surprise. Would highly recommend.

Points south by the sea encapsulated our ideal holiday! The cottages are very well presented and their panoramic views are amazing. Only a short drive to Apollo bay but you felt the full solitude of a coastal retreat. Our host Bryan was fantastic and fully explained the ammenities and regional experiences so that our stay was very memorable! Couldn’t recommend it more!

My husband and I spent a week here and it was truly fantastic! We have spent over 30 years holidaying in Apollo Bay. But this place is by far the best! The amazing views, (including seeing whales and dolphins) the sound of the crashing waves, the comfortable cottage with all that you need. Even a welcome hamper which was most appreciated. The hosts really do go out of their way to make you feel at home. Can't wait to go back!!!!!

From the moment we arrived we were welcomed into a cosy, welcoming, warm and private sanctuary. Exactly what we needed. Beautiful decor and extremely well catered property including the best welcome pack to help us settle in. Bryan was extremely knowledgable and willing to provide lots of tips on places to visit during our stay with many places being only a short drive away. Ever changing views to enjoy with a good book and glass of wine by the fire. We chose to spend most nights in with a beautiful meal, soaking in the amazing views. Would highly recommend for anyone wanting a place to stay to relax and recharge.

Points South By The Sea is a MUST on your holiday "To Do" list, if you want to enjoy a luxurious relaxing break by the sea. All that is promised is delivered in abundance. Bryan was attentive without being intrusive and made us feel at home during our 7 day stay. Can't wait to return, would recommend highly!

Everything was perfect. An amazing place with incredible views. Wonderful hosts and nothing was too much effort. We even had a private show nightly with a local seal playing near the rocks. It's amazing to think that you are the only two people watching this incredible display of nature. Plenty of things to do within a short drive - or simply sit on the porch with a glass of wine and enjoy the view - which we did easily for 9 days. We would recommend this place to anybody who loves relaxing in comfort and nature.
