A returning customer and again this place did not disappoint. It was lovely to see the newly renovated rooms. Absolutely stunning palette. Staff are friendly, check in and out was smooth. The service and amenities at ParkRoyal Melbourne Airport were excellent. Our flight was cancelled and our rescheduled flight was the following morning. We booked with the hotel due to its convenient and short walking distance from the terminal. The staff were excellent and the quality & cleanliness of the rooms and the food at Airo restaurant were all excellent.... Well done. Regards JP

I am writing on behalf of my 87 year old mother, Barbara. She was transiting through Melbourne airport on 29 NOV when her onward flight was cancelled. None of us live anywhere near Melbourne, so she was stranded and completely alone. She has limited mobility and requires assistance. Needless to say, we were beyond worried. I am so thankful we found the Parkroyal Melbourne Airport, and their wonderful team. We can't thank them enough for their kindness and professionalism. From the moment she was in their care she was safe, secure, comfortable and happy. Above and beyond doesn't even begin to describe the service they provided. They handled her bags, escorted her to her room, made sure she was comfortable, and arranged room service. Mum said the food was outstanding! She could not say enough good things about her experience, and the wonderful staff. And they helped her to her flight the next day! We can't thank the staff enough. It can be tough dealing with the public. Please know that your genuine care and kindness has a huge impact. This team deserves special recognition. On behalf of our entire family THANK YOU!…

Love staying here. Perfect for early morning flights. Good facilities and very quiet. Lovely comfortable beds. Highly recommend. Room service food good. Check out fast and short walk to catch our flight.

The hotel itself is nice enough, but the construction work noise was unbearable. This would be ok, if the noise was actually happening when the hotel advised it would - Monday to Friday. However, on Saturday I couldn’t even hear the check in staff above the noise of machinery. I wouldn’t have booked had I known the construction was also happening outside of the hours you advised it was.

This hotel has had a substantial revamp since I was last here early 2023. Rooms have been updated to include contemporary device charging facilities but strangely seem more cramped than before. Very costly, compared with other international airport hotels. Mini-bar limited and way too expensive. Room service meals likewise

As we live in regional Victoria so we decided to treat ourselves and stay overnight at the ParkRoyal before flying out the next day. Well that was a really big mistake….room service was slow but we didn’t expect our meals to be served stone cold! There was a tiny amount of milk so you’d be lucky to make more than a hot drink each. Bedding was too small and the racket from the builders began just after 5am! Extremely disappointing and a very poor reflection on Australian hospitality for our international visitors! We didn’t expect perfection but it’s ssoooo expensive and does not warrant the prices that are charged!
