Lovely modern room & very clean. Ground floor request was honoured thank you Quality as there are no elevators to the 2nd floor. So be ware if mobility issues
Parking is not outside your room so be mindful of that.
Reception very friendly & helpful.
Only gripe would be to the restaurant/bar. Upon checkin we could see an entry via reception into the poker machine area which we thought normal.
Not so as only open due to a wedding or conference. So you then have to go all the way round to the front to the Hotel to the restaurant. Bit inconvenient esp as it was raining. Could drive around but had had a cple of drinks so did the right thing & walked. I otherwise would have given 5 stars. Location not as close as we expected to airport & given Melb traffic leaving that bit earlier is always recommended

One of the better tricks is to stay at TLH.
I make sure to always stay here when heading to Melbourne for work.
Not far from the airport and right on the highway to get to town, always plenty of parking. Great value value and some of the best steaks around too…..I’ve tried plenty and you can’t beat this place 👍

The traffic out front from our room was horrendous. Being country folk we couldn't open up the security sliding door to let some fresh air in because of the noise so had to have the split air on all night. Bathroom a tad small but workable. So handy to the main building where we joined friends for a meal. Handy though all the same to stay over on way into Melbourne. Staff excellent couldn't do enough for us and breakfast next morning in another detatched building was good. There was a Lift for some and stairs for me. It was all so easy and enjoyable as not having to go into a Lift.

We recently stayed at this location and really enjoyed our stay! The hotel is very accommodating, the rooms are comfortable and well-appointed. We found the hotel to be quiet and a good stop for those traveling in or out of the Melbourne airport. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Great value, great for a stop off by the airport. Much better than staying at the actual airport. Staff were helpful, had a few food options which aren’t flashy but good value with good choice. The best part about this hotel was the gym and pool which is included in your booking. Had a 25M pool to myself in the morning which was brilliant. Used the gym the day we arrived and this was also excellent.

Heading off for a holiday flying from Melbourne Airport. Decided to stay a bit further from the airport (definitely cheaper) The location is great. Easy to get to. Plenty of parking. Friendly staff. Room a good size, clean and everything you need for a short stay. Restaurant onsite has great meal options. Traffic noise not too bad.

My Husband and I stayed over night on a Saturday night. We stayed in the Executive King spa room. Very spacious, very comfortable bed and furniture that was very tasteful. Staff where accommodating and Friendly. We Dinner at the TAB that is located on the premises. The staff there where friendly and the food was delicious but we couldn’t eat it all. We had breakfast in the cafe on the premises on Sunday morning. Staff in the cafe where friendly and accommodating. The food was absolutely delicious and the coffee was made perfectly. There is an indoor pool and gym unfortunately we didn’t get to try but both looked great. We both thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I would highly recommend. Thank you to all the staff at the Quality Hotel Taylor’s Lake. 😊

Clean, modern hotel. Traffic noise was a bit of a problem and we didn’t love the bed. But it was still a nice place to stay for anyone needing somewhere near the airport. Easy parking. Got a bar and bistro within the complex, so you don’t need to go far to get a good meal.

Hotel was situated very close to the conference centre where we attended. Walking distance to all amenities which included the big shopping centre. Easy parking together with fabulous rooms. Very modern decor, clean room. Reception was very helpful and welcoming.

Easy check in, room on second floor, lift available as well as stairs. Room was a King Executive room, brand new TV, very spacious with a modern bathroom. Bed was really comfortable. Only issue was that it was raining outside and a drip on a metal roof kept waking me up…..
