Bastian and Florian very helpful at the continued extension of my stay at Quest. No disruption with any change of rooms. suggest a torch provided for each room as an early morning four hour Narre Warren blackout a problem.

Rooms are slightly dated but perfectly clean and quiet with the upstairs rooms having good size balconies. What would make me go back to this hotel though would be the amazing customer service from the front desk. They could not have been more welcoming, had lots of great local knowledge on places to visit and where to eat and when I did have a small issue they went above and beyond.

Could not recommend this Quest. accommodation standard of cleaning well below acceptable. Managers need to consider room checks to ensure cleaners are not skipping their duties. We were disappointed and would not stay here again, we expected more for the rates they charge. Being former moteliers cleaning is a must, customers will always make allowances for the age of accommodation but not on the cleanliness.

We have stayed at Quest apartments before, so when we had a large family gathering near this Hotel we quickly made the decision to stay at Quest because we knew we would be comfortable. We were not disappointed. The staff were extremely friendly and professional. Large spacious apartments.

The first day I was there, I asked to have a clogged sink fixed and the door lock to be repaired. Neither of these were fixed in seven days. The TV got locked out when watching it our last night. The rooms were never vacuumed and sheets never changed. For the price I paid I was very disappointed

We arrived to a room that looked like it had been used for short stay accomodation and then abandoned. There were red stains on the curtains, holes in the doors around the locks where someone had obviously broken through the door. The showers had mouldy looking stains and weren’t clean looking at all. The kitchen sink tap was hanging in the actual sink.
The usual inclusions like teabags, coffee, sugar and milk were not found and when requested from reception we got all but the milk.
This was NOT the standard we were used to and expected from Quest at all.

Pool was nice. No play area for kids otherwise. Quiet apartments , quite clean. No locking doors in bedrooms and door to balcony didn’t open at all. Overall a nice stay. Security of apartments was good.

I was expecting something nice - it's a Quest. Perhaps, the 'quest' is to find something nice. Nothing, inside or out, has ben maintained in years. Torn carpets, chipped paintwork, damaged walls. The BBQ was "Out Of Order", there was no TV cable in the lounge room. Balcony was filthy, and no furniture. Three adults had to share one bowl and two forks for dinner. Toilet seats and roll holders were broken. Drawers were broken. Thick gunk and grime on all flat surfaces. Apart from that, we enjoyed the 'quest' - trying to find a bowl.

Basian and Florian are very friendly, and go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as it can be.
Nothing seems to be too much trouble for them and their staff. Even when we mentioned my husband being allergic to latex, they were willing to learn how to cope with hosting such clients.
Both of us being in wheelchairs, Florian and Bastian both offered to walk across the carpark with us to ensure our safety.
We cant fault this place at all.

I am surprised you has this experience. My colleague and I stayed here for total period of 6 weeks last Nov/dec and found the service very good and accommodating
