Detailed Reviews
I normally stay elsewhere however I drove past and thought this will do. For the price this is a very good offer. It’s an old motel and not much has changed over the years although the rooms are now being renovated/ updated. Plenty of underground parking, large dining area. Basic menu, with pub style food, both food and drinks are reasonably priced. Staff are friendly and efficient, beds are comfy so you can expect a good nights sleep.

Rooms are clean, comfortable beds. Nice shower with good pressure and enough towels for the whole family.
The room has things you need such as microwave, mini fridge, kitchenwares and basic coffee/tea supplies. There is no room service or places to eat in the hotel so you’ll have to look for places to eat nearby. We did takeaways and went to Eastland Mall for more food options. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. The only concern is the aircon is very noisy when on heat settings. But overall, will stay at this hotel again.

This is a quirky motel. From the outset I was horrified checking in as from the outside it looks dated. Check in was slow however I was not in a hurry so went with it. The restaurant and bar was closed indefinitely and it is not near any food options but I had a car so was okay. Felt very creepy having all the rooms overlook an empty restaurant and conference centre. To my pleasant surprise the rooms weee fully renovated and great. The bed was fabulous and the pillows were amazing. I probably wouldn’t stay here again but it is a good cheap option.

Hotel's Favourite
We stayed here for a night's business in Ringwood, Vic. The room was super spacious and the shower had great hot water with good pressure. I slept so well, and what else could you ask for in a hotel? Oh wait, it was also an amazing price and included parking. I absolutely recommend staying here if you have business in this end of the city.

Thankyou for coming to our rescue at 9.15pm at night. Had a horrendous experience at the Ringwood motel and this quality manor motel was our saviour.
We were an Interstate family needing Accom for the night and they took our call and have provided a much safer, much cleaner, comfortable and cheaper alternative.
Highly recommend

Booked accommodation for 3 nights prior and over Christmas. No meals available as restaurant was closed. Service of room was non existent. Towels bed linen left outside door. No lift available had to negotiate two sets of stairs from car park. Car park not secure.
We should have been advised of the lack of amenities prior to booking.

Had a 7 night stay in January using Travel Factory vouchers. Fantastic value, about $450 for the week, including full cooked breakfast daily.
Friends joined us for dinner one evening. We all enjoyed the meal and were most impressed with the friendly, professional staff.
Left our car in the undercover park most of the week and travelled by train (5 minute walk and 40 minutes Heatherdale to city) to the tennis, cricket and Flemington races.
We've stayed at the Manor several times and are already planning for our next visit during the football season. It's become like a home away from home.
This hotel has to be the best kept secret in Melbourne.

As on each of our previous stays staff were courteous, friendly and welcoming. Our room was clean and more than adequate in size with a comfortable bed affording a great night's sleep. We used our car once during our 3 night stay. The rest of the time it remained in the undercover car park. We were happy to walk about 400 metres to the Heatherdale railway station for the 40 minute trip to the city. The Big Breakfast once again lived up to its name. For dinner we would recommend the fillet mignon and scotch fillet - tender, juicy and among the best steaks we've eaten. Some guests might find the lack of an elevator an inconvenience, but fortunately we're still fit enough to carry our luggage up the stairs. We'll be back!

Cheap hotel with comfy bed. This hotel was reasonably clean but it was evident that there is a lack of care (eg: moldy old grout in bathroom and old rubber shower mat.. Yuck! There is hard refuse lying around the grounds and in the car park and evidence of cost cutting and a lack of care. The decor is seriously outdated which is a shame because there are some nice Art Deco architectural features in the hotel that could be brought back to life with some tasteful use of paint.
If you can avoid the food and the restaurant do (I'm certain the mashed potato was reconstituted but was covered in sauce to disguise and desert was awful). Overall the restaurant was expensive for the food served. This hotel is definitely not 4 star as rated.
Overall, I got a very cheap price on the room so it was worth what I paid, but this hotel will continue to have to discount prices unless money is spent to bring it up to date. The longer it waits to upgrade the cheaper the prices will need to be.
