#2 of 4 B&Bs / Inns in Mapleton
Mapleton Springs presents accommodation with stunning valley views in a secluded location. With a maximum of six adult-only guests between the three luxurious rooms detached from the main residence, it offers a private, intimate getaway. Privacy does not exclude luxury, however; guests can enjoy a relaxing swim in a heated, infinity edge pool, soak in a spa with a view, sweat it out in an infra-red sauna or toast marshmallows by the open wood fire. Guests can also enjoy the cinema room, table tennis or pool table for their entertainment. The final touch is a selection of delicious cooked breakfasts and barista-style espresso coffee in the morning to leave guests with an extremely satisfying last impression.

Property's Favourite Review
Mapleton Springs is the perfect spot for a quick getaway from Brisbane. Located a short drive away from the town centre, it's easy to get to but away from the bustle of more touristy spots. We were able to pop down to Eumundi (about 30 minutes away) and Noosa (50 minutes) easily, and coming home to Mapleton Springs was like entering a calming sanctuary. The rooms are very thoughtfully presented with a skylight above the bed to watch the stars - it can closed electrically. A microwave, utensils, crockery and glassware are all stocked and we didn't find anything lacking. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. Bathrooms are equipped with normal and monsoon shower head, both with decent pressure and fast hot water. A spacious veranda with comfortable deck chairs is a great spot from which to look out over the valley and take in the serenity. It's a stunning spot. Breakfast is served in the main building away from the rooms. Phil and Rachel put on a delicious hot breakfast and there are selections of cereals and juices put out as well. The same area also has a living room with a fireplace and all provisions to light a fire, perfect for cold nights. A spa is located just outside this area, and a pool is also central to the site - we skipped these on this occasion due to a busy schedule but they are there for you to use at your leisure. Even with all 3 rooms booked out, we only saw the other guests at breakfast - there are plenty of ways to spend your time here without bumping into other guests. Our hosts are also wildlife carers and for a token fee you can visit and learn about the animals in their care. Their dedication is inspiring - they are truly wonderful. A weekend here was amazing, but a week would have been perfect. Will be back.

Everything about Mapleton Springs is top notch, Phil and Rachel have created a B&B where everything has been thought of, simple but nice touches everywhere. The Room is located away from the house so you have plenty of privacy. The view from the verandah is to die for. With three separate rooms for guests, you would never feel crowded out. The breakfast was sumptuous and set us up for the rest of the day. A highly recommended B&B. What made this trip extra special for us is we stopped by a roadside kill near Woodford to check a dead wallaby pouch (My wife is a wildlife carer) and we found a joey wallaby still alive in the pouch! So we drove straight to Rachel to check in early with our extra guest. Rachel took the joey girl in and she is now in care with a fellow wildlife carer. So always check roadkill if it is safe to do so as you may save a life. In the morning after breakfast, Rachel and Phil showed us their wildlife enclosure, they have a perfect setup to rehabilitate wildlife, we're jealous! Keep up your good work!

It was lovely to meet you and share a passion for helping our wildlife. It is good to hear that you enjoyed our quiet location and enjoyed plenty of privacy. When designing the accommodation, it was important to us that guests could enjoy sitting on the balcony of your room and to be not able to see any other guests. We take pride in providing a variety of breakfast options and it is always good to hear that they are enjoyed. We look forward to seeing you again soon.

What a wonderful B & B set among the hills at Mapleton in Sunshine Coast hinterland. The hosts are very warm and helpful! Rooms are spacious and spotless with microwave and tea & coffee making. Other cooking utensils are available. Laundry facilities are in main house. TV has Netflix. The breakfasts are excellent & serving size is large. There’s a heated pool & hot tub. Mapleton is close to many walking tracks and waterfalls as well as the Montville shopping village. Hosts are licensed wildlife carers and guests can visit the animals. Highly recommended.

My wife and I were looking for a relatively last minute weekend away and out of the myriad of B&Bs in the area, Mapleton Springs just stood out above the rest for some reason. Fortunately for us, there was a vacancy. I really cannot say much else; other than if you're considering booking here, and a beautiful few days is what you're chasing, then just book... You will not be disappointed I promise.
