Mapleton Springs presents accommodation with stunning valley views in a secluded location. With a maximum of six adult-only guests between the three luxurious rooms detached from the main residence, it offers a private, intimate getaway. Privacy does not exclude luxury, however; guests can enjoy a relaxing swim in a heated (Sept - April) infinity edge pool, soak in a spa with a view or toast marshmallows by the open wood fire (Winter). Guests can also enjoy the cinema room, games, puzzles, books and a table tennis for their entertainment. The final touch is a selection of delicious cooked breakfasts in the morning.

We recently enjoyed staying in room 3 over the weekend. The host was extremely welcoming and took the time to acquaint us with all the services and amenities available. Since there were few guests during our stay, we enjoyed exclusive moments in the jacuzzi and the fireplace in the lobby area, which added a special touch to our experience. The tranquillity of the place is genuinely commendable, providing a serene getaway. Our balcony view was breathtaking, complemented by the room's skyline windows.

The room was well-equipped, ensuring guests had everything they needed. Highlights include a mini-kitchen sink with filtered water, a fridge, and a kettle with tea bags. While the shower head seemed relatively modern, a boost in water pressure would elevate the experience even more. For those considering a family retreat, Gateway seems suitable for larger groups if you book multiple rooms or the entire place.

We left with fond memories and are eager to return in the future.

We were very fortunate to recently spend 3 days at Mapleton Springs, it is such a beautiful B&B, a great location with gorgeous views across valley. It is a very relaxing environment and beautifully maintained by Rachel and Phil who immediately made us feel very welcome. We really enjoyed how peaceful Mapleton Springs is, and really loved the infinity pool and spa. Rachel & Phil provide many thoughtful 'extras', such as a coffee machine and other items in the guest lounge, a covered BBQ area, a cinema room and an amazing breakfast. We will definitely be visiting again, it is the perfect place to relax!

Mapleton Springs is a perfect oasis with everything that you could want. We especially loved the infinity pool, spa, Cinema, view and wildlife rescue tour.

Rachel and Phil were wonderful hosts, they catered to all our needs and provided the most scrumptious cooked breakfasts, in addition to a variety of continential options.

The accommodation is private and feels secluded yet located only a few minutes to a selection of eateries, numerous bush walks & just a half hour drive to the beautiful coast at Caloundra or Mooloolaba.

I highly recommend staying here, you don't even have to venture away if you want total relaxation as this place has it all!!

Thank you Rachel and Phil for blessing us both with the R&R we desperately needed.

We absolutely love our stays at Mapleton Springs! Rachel & Phil are the most lovely hosts and have put so much thought into every detail, big and small. The design of the rooms gives each one their own incredible view over the valley, with a very comfortable bed for the best night’s sleep. The extra lap blankets in the room come in handy for the cooler weather when you want to sit on the balcony and take in the view and the delicious breakfast and barista coffee they make you each morning is the best start to the day!

Everything about Mapleton Springs is top notch, Phil and Rachel have created a B&B where everything has been thought of, simple but nice touches everywhere. The Room is located away from the house so you have plenty of privacy. The view from the verandah is to die for. With three separate rooms for guests, you would never feel crowded out. The breakfast was sumptuous and set us up for the rest of the day. A highly recommended B&B. What made this trip extra special for us is we stopped by a roadside kill near Woodford to check a dead wallaby pouch (My wife is a wildlife carer) and we found a joey wallaby still alive in the pouch! So we drove straight to Rachel to check in early with our extra guest. Rachel took the joey girl in and she is now in care with a fellow wildlife carer. So always check roadkill if it is safe to do so as you may save a life. In the morning after breakfast, Rachel and Phil showed us their wildlife enclosure, they have a perfect setup to rehabilitate wildlife, we're jealous! Keep up your good work!

It was lovely to meet you and share a passion for helping our wildlife. It is good to hear that you enjoyed our quiet location and enjoyed plenty of privacy. When designing the accommodation, it was important to us that guests could enjoy sitting on the balcony of your room and to be not able to see any other guests. We take pride in providing a variety of breakfast options and it is always good to hear that they are enjoyed. We look forward to seeing you again soon.

My husband and I came here for our honeymoon and we have had the most amazing week.
From the second we checked in everything has been outstanding.
Rachel is super welcoming and is such a great host/owner.
It has clean rooms, is a clean/well looked after environment, has stunning views, amazing service and great communication.
Highly recommend staying here if you’re looking at getting away from it all and relaxing/resetting.

Thank you so much Rachel,
We will be back

Spent 1 night at Mapleton Springs. WOW, awesome accommodation in peaceful surroundings and great views. Beautifully appointed rooms, specially loved the skylight to view the night stars, combined with manicured gardens, pool and bbq area. Rachel and Phil have thought of everything, a hot tub with a view, theatre room to watch a movie or warm fire complete with marshmallows. In the morning a selection of breakfast items and barista coffee that rival any good cafe(included in the overnight tariff)
Rachel and Phil also provide 24 hr voluntary rehabilitations for wallabies, kangaroo babies and other little ones who have been left orphaned by car accidents. They are more than happy to share their work with you and introduce you to babies currently their care. Remember to show your support and pop something in the wildlife tin when you check out.
Our only disappointment.....we only spent 1 night. We will be back.

A truly tranquil and idyllic piece of the Sunshine Coast hinterland. Just far enough away from the touristy bits to be completely peaceful, but close enough to sample all the national park walks, restaurants and shops. The room was immaculately clean and had everything we needed, including the most beautiful view from a private balcony. Rachel is an excellent host and wonderful breakfast chef! This is a perfect destination for a couples getaway. Highly recommend!

My husband booked us in for 3 nights after Christmas to unwind after a hectic year of stress & disruption thanks to COVID. Mapleton Springs was absolutely perfect. Very friendly hosts that respect your privacy. Accommodation is all you need but especially loved our large veranda to relax on. The cooked breakfast we ordered ever morning were delicious and Phil barista skills were a perfect addition. Rachel cares for rescued wildlife and was always happy to answer questions about her latest babies. She as caring for several grey Roos, a possum and her first koala which made a brief breakfast appearance. With the infinity pool, bbq area, cinema room and fireplace for winter nights there is no need to really leave. We highly recommend Mapleton Springs and commend Phil & Rachel for creating such a wonderful getaway. Bonus things are: no children, no smoking & no outside guests.

My husband and I couldn’t have been more delighted with this beautiful place. The host and hostess made us feel immediately welcomed and gave us a personal tour of their wallaby enclosure as well as of their facilities. Our room far surpassed our expectations, not only being really clean but also overlooking rolling hills, making our stay better than anything we’ve experienced on holiday.

Our breakfast too was amazing and made us wish that we had booked more days. We’ll definitely be back!
