Enjoyed a week here with family, excellent position on the beach, some units in the complex are getting a little tired, but clean and comfortable with everything you need.
If your a golfer bring your clubs as course is across the road.

Stayed here for a week in the school holidays. We were 4 adults and 5 kids all under 12. The rooms were great and very clean, staff were always helpful and very friendly. The resort is old but extremely well maintained. Would I stay here again or recommend it to others... simple

Comfortable stay here. Easy walk to Bargara shopping area if shopping not too heavy. Great proximity to beach. Great for golfers too! Best rooms for a couple are nos. 6, 7, and 8 all looking out to sea.

We are going tobe staying at Don Pancho and wanted to know if there were bikes for use for a 7 year old. Also can anyone recommend some fun family activities in the area?
Go to the gardens in Bundaberg, and ride the steam train, visit the aviation museum and Bert Hinklers cottage. Also a lovely cafe in the gardens. Don Pancho is not a place I found comfortable, however, there are bikes for hire at a cost. Not sure if they have bikes for kids. Barbara has great eating places, great beach areas for swimming and picnics. You can visit the soft drink factory in Bundaberg. Loved the area. Enjoy your stay.

"Avoid Room 4 due to noise and poor condition"
"It's three stories with no lifts. Rooms to the east get ocean views and afternoon sea breezes. They are quieter than rooms facing west."
"Most rooms face the pool. No lifts, which might be an issue for some visitors."
"Ocean or poolside doesn't matter"
"Remember stairs, on ocean or not & some right next to pool."
