I come to Penrith frequently for family commitments. I only found Astina this trip. I will never stay anywhere else. This is affordable, clean, modern, stylish, my suite luxurious with a full kitchen, thats very important to me. Its right in town if you need cafes, restaurants etc. I have not explored the rooftop bar or wellness retreat but I will be sure to book that with my next visit. Love this place.

Had a lovely stay with my 5 kids. The room was clean and well presented, staff were friendly, helpful, and very accommodating. I absolutely love that there were containers with lids, glad wrap, foil and baking paper. Best ever, I'd stay there again just for that. The beds were comfy. We would stay again happily.
In our room though you had two choices for a shower. 1. use the overhead shower standing up straight but get water all over the bathroom and be cold or 2. use the further back but lower shower head to keep the bathroom dry and you warm but not get water all over the floor. It was a difficult decision each shower. My mothers room had a fully enclosed shower so did not have this problem.
My second tip is if you drive anything but a small hatchback request a room that has a usable car space. I was never getting our family van into the narrow space we were assigned. Thankfully though staff were more than happy to find me a spare space I could fit in. The entire carpark is tight and small and the rear of my car scrapped the ground every time we used the exit ramp.

In each two bedroom suite, we offer bathtub and standing shower options to increase the room's accessibility. Thank you for your feedback - we endeavour to improve guest's experiences wherever possible. We do offer assigned carpark spaces in our secure, underground carpark, although the height limit is 2.2m and we're glad to hear that our staff were able to arrange a larger car space for you. Asitina suites Penrith off Woodriff is by far one of the best hotels I have stayed at. Massive thank you To concierge staff at front desk Ashley and Kimberly for making our visit really special and accommodated all our needs. To be honest all the staff have always been super friendly and helpful. I have now stayed at the Astina several times and keep coming back with different friends to give them the what I call the "Astina expierience." Seriously dont need to go all the way to the city to find classy apartments. I dont want to give too much away, but there is so much to enjoy, From using the Spa services (make sure to prebook as they are popular), They can hook you up with special requests of wine ready waiting for you in arrival and ice delivered to the room. Roof top bar Theo's that have thought of everything, blankets and sunnies just intime for amazing sunsets. With a great selection of drinks and now also some meals. "Sweet potato fries are a must, and arachini balls so yum." Best cocktail was The Gaga and Sours for me. But so many more to come back and try. Massive shout out to the awesome bar staff too, they are super friendly. Always have great selection of music (even had dj in the past). Next the POOL, which was my orginal reason for choosing this hotel. The pool sits above Theos bar, but I noticed a good balance of privacy when you up there, the people from bar cant really see up at pools, and vice versa wasnt bothered by people going to the bar when in the pool. Which was nice. I will note the the pool closes earlier, 6pm on Friday and Saturday as Theos becomes more active those nights. But is open till 7pm Sunday to Thursay. So factor this into ur swim sessions. Pool isnt heated but the jacuzzi is, even middle of winter the pool was getting good use. Now for the Rooms come with options of king size beds or split if you have to share with a couple of friends. Superior come with a few extras too, higher level, better views Alll your wardrobe needs are covered. with comfy robes, bottled water with coffee machine. I have stayed in both standard and superior suites and they are all super nice to stay in. Fully amazing sunsets, we even happened to catch some fireworks going off at panthers from our balcony. Cant wait to do it all over again. Plenty of food and bar options on high street as well, ( checho's , Elton chongs , Happy Inn ( amazing chibese food), duck duck goose. Probably alot more I have yet to discover. Hotel also have onsite parking, but plenty of place that have parking around the hotel too.

Astina Suites, an absolute standout. Rooms are amazing, great size and comfortable, facilities outstanding, with the rooftop bar and pool a huge standout. Checkin was smooth and on time, with a group booking of 12 families, everyone was happy, rooms accomodated the group perfectly and the roll away beds are a standout, large, comfortable and sturdy. Access to houskeeping was on point. Reception very helpful and the facilities nearby including Coles, Kmart and Westfield fantastic. Absolutely cannot fault Astina Suites. First Class

We stayed at a beautiful room with a functional kitchen, ensuite bathroom, living area, balcony and a bathroom with a washer and dryer. The room was very elegantly furnished with a modern but warm feel. Great location in the CBD of Penrith, a very short walk to Penrith station, Westfield and Nepean Village. Also surrounded by good places to grab dinner! Harrison at the front desk was incredibly kind, patient and professional and answered all our questions and seemed genuinely happy to. Absolutely lovely experience!

We wanted a night’s break from routine life and chose Astina. From the very first call to make the reservation, we were treated very special that continued during check in when we were upgraded to a penthouse and our request for a really late check out was met with a smile. The stay was very warm and comfortable, lively rooms, comfortable bed and aesthetic settings. The check out process was smooth. Sadly the rooftop bar and restaurant were closed on the days we chose to stay but everything was easily accessible due to the location. Very thankful to the wonderful staff who made our one night stay so special. Highly recommended.

Booked a standard room and was advised by receptionist that for an extra $30/day we could have a better experience in a penthouse apartment. Worth every cent. We stayed because of a High School, State Bowling competition, for 3 days, so saved us travelling from the other side of Sydney each day in peak traffic. The staff were great and we enjoyed room service which was delicious. The boys enjoyed the spa each night, after a long day on the green

We have been customers of Astina apartments in Penrith for over 8 years and have had an association with Astina since the late 1990’s. We have always found them to have an outstanding name in the community for great customer service and for clean well serviced apartments. The new Astina apartments are in the centre of Penrith with walking distance to most restaurants and clubs. The roof top pool and other health areas are a credit to this establishment. A special big thanks to Ashley and the staff for always having our room ready with the extra support we require in making our room always comfortable. We definitely would recommend Astina Apartments for great value, comfort and convenient to all tourist locations. It goes without saying that we will always stay at Astina Apartments when we are visiting in Penrith.

Everything about the suite was pretty nice, only 3 flaws.
There were no fly screens on the window or door, so leaving them open was a gamble for mosquitoes but, im used to that and a risk i still took 😂
No available HDMI ports for the TV or spare power points near it for external tech (ie playstation or laptop to hook up through it). But that wasnt such a big deal.
And lastly, and most importantly... Showers water pressure was terrible. The sinks spat water 10x faster and the shower heads just dribbled it out.

This has been one of my favorite places to get away with out having to go too far and still feeling like ive had a mini vacay, splurging in a little luxary. I have come back to the Astina several times through bookings and directly booking with them and they have always delivered amazing friendly service.
They have an awesome roof top bar which we have also enjoyed watch develop over the past few visits with new drinks and menus. But my fave is the Spa facilities and roof top pool.
Front desk stqff and house staff have always been friendly and accomodating, even with some special requests.
Some things to note, pool times change on weekends with the roof top bar opening, as it gets pretty busy. So get your swim in earlier if you visit on the weekend.
They have beautiful function rooms and host events all the time so check out their website for some specials. As for the rooms, they have just about all you need. Cooking appliances, dishwasher, washer dryer, iron. We even used the kitchen this time. might be useful to include some info on how to switch on oven somewhere, but a call to front desk was answered immediately and we worked it out. (hold the clock down).
The showers and bathrooms are stunning and massive in both superior suites and the others. Lovely balcony with dining table for outdoor dining and view of the mountains. ( depending on room)
Beds have always been comfortable. Plenty of cupboard space.
I have seen them accomodate events too in the past such as engagements at theos. Will continue to be my go too, especially when i feel like a little bit of luxary.
Great for making it a special occasion. close to lots of local foodie places and bars,and entertainment.
