Hotel's Favourite
This was our third stay at Astina- Penrith and we were not disappointed. From entering the building ( reception ) area you greeted by a perfumed diffuser which sets the mood to your stay. Rooms are large and luxurious with everything required . The apartments are walking distance to shops and transport . Staff were obliging and most helpful! We will return . Regards Gianna

No mountains views at all I called reception told them my booking noted there was mountains views and was told there was no other rooms available and I would have to request such booking This was a penthouse suite overlooking Penrith and Nepean hospital and other high rise apartments It was told at check in there was $440 holding fee I did not see when making the booking not really transparent on the complete booking I hope for a better experience next time

However, if a mountain view is requested, we always do our best to accommodate this. It is noted in the booking terms and conditions that the primary guest will be required to leave a security deposit for incidental charges that is equal to the first night’s stay. Lovely bright,clean and modern apartment, stocked with all you need, comfy bed and outside area. Easy check in with basement parking. Central for shops and restaurants. Great access to blue mountain area with car.

I would highly recommend Astina Suites to anyone looking for great accommodation in Penrith. It is centrally located and very well appointed, with great onsite amenities. Walking into the reception area we were very pleasantly surprised by the beautiful decor, ambience and fragrance. Every staff member encountered from booking, pre check in, check in through to checkout was extremely pleasant, helpful and professional which made our whole experience a fantastic, seamless one. We had a two-bedroom, two-bathroom suite which was very spacious and very well appointed. Everything you could need is there. The rooms and actually, the whole property felt brand new and very clean. Lifts arrived quickly, parking was easy and our whole time there was flawless. Absolutely nothing to fault there, except for the quality of the toilet paper - which was not in keeping with everything else about these beautiful apartments. Very happy with our stay. 2 Superior Bedroom Apartment was very spacious and clean.The Accomodation was well appointed. To our surprise it 3 toilets. It was close to every thing, Shops, Trains and buses. Highly recommended, if you want to stay in this part of Sydney.

The Single Suite were good sized rooms, well designed and comfortable. IMHO larger than comparably priced hotels nearby. Right near the main St of Penrith so if that suits its worth considering. There was nightlife up the top floor, could not hear it which I regarded as a positive.

Beautiful room, well equipped for the family, great location and easy to get to where we needed to go without having to stay in other areas in more expensive and less attractive places. The Astina suites were supper affordable for us and had great extras available! Definitely our choice to stay with or without the kids when we return to Sydney next!
