This place is really cool and great for both families and couples. The self contained accomodation is more spacious and modern than most I have stayed in before. The double shower and King bed are unusual in this price range. The alpacas of course are an absolute bonus.

Second trip to Broke NSW. It was perfect. The starline alpacas farm resort met all out expectations. Again, Such a magnificent farming view and relaxing surroundings. Rustic cottages all fully furnished with whatever you need. Even a Massage chair. Wineries and fantastic restaurants in the area. will definitely come back to visit again.

We stay here for two nights as we were attending a Wedding at the next property. Found that the sandstone cottage was good and having an area to park the car is good, we arranged for a car to come and pick us up for the wedding and we were picked up from the wedding only a very short drive... This was our second stay and have to say that reading the other reviews, I may have been mistaken in thinking that the place must have improved its management. It felt very neglected when we visited in March last year and actually seemed in a better condition this time round. I do think the place is possibly overpriced but having... More

Thanks for the feedback, Kerry. We have had some difficult times here at the Farm, and the winter was particularly harsh on our plants and some animals. The chooks are back! We are also starting upgrades and renovations to further enhance the guest experience. We look forward to seeing you again soon. More

Overall we had an ok weekend - some TLC is required at the resort to make it more enjoyable. Good location. Good mobile coverage (Optus). Nice Hot water. 20 mins drive to Singleton or 25 min to Cessnock. We stayed in the top cottage which was good for families - 3 bedrooms in total master bedroom 1 queen with ensuite),... More

Thanks for your feedback, Jason. Sorry to hear you had an issue with the Wi Fi. It covers most of the 100 acres or so of property, but there are some dead spots. We hope to resolve this soon. Firewood is normally left at the back door, but perhaps it was too well hidden! Agree about the fireguard and we... More

Thanks 127coco ! All our guests love to feed the animals, especially the Alpacas. The ducks are very cheeky and will hop onto the verandah in search of food. Of course you don't have to stay here to feed them- day visitors are welcome too! More

Well the place is lovely. But the lady at reception was very cold which put a dampener on our stay. She said we had not booked properly and was not very happy to take the extra money for four people in the room. Alpacas are lovely and the view is to die for. Looking forward to dinner at Margans though!

We stayed in Water view B for a family wedding at a resort next door. The rooms were spacious and clean and had everything we needed. It reminds me of what we would call a posh static caravan in the UK but I was pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The hosts were very accommodating and even allowed us to use... More
