First restaurant to visit in Culebra and exceeds my expectactions. The service was quick, food with good flavor and very accesible prices. Mofongo is a plus. The salmon with avocado sauce is spectacular. My favorite part was the "majado de viandas" very tasteful and great side of my plate.

It is a lovely place but we paid nearly 150 USD for one night. The room was okay but nothing special. And they don't clean the rooms every day. So it's not like in a hotel. But the badest thing was, that they were constructing and it was so loud in the mornings. We couldn't sleep very well. Next time... More

Stayed for one night with my boyfriend during the "off season". Granted the bar/restaurant was closed, we still had a great time. The hotel is on the canal, and was a quick golf cart ride from the ferry dock. There's a great restaurant/bar (Dinghy Dock) within walking distance from the hotel. We were always able to find parking right in... More

Not anywhere near the beach and certainly not a four minute walk. It is located next to a canal. My wife doesn't like to move so we booked a 12 night stay. We were given a room on the third floor and they were constructing a new unit directly above us and another directly to our side (withing 10'). Since... More

Stayed for 3 nights with a friend. We booked in advance on booking.com for around USD 150.00 per night. When we arrived we were told that the room category we booked was not available anymore (booked a superior room with 2 beds). After refusing a room with one bed and one folding bed we got the wheelchair accessible room with... More

We chose this hotel specifically because it was advertised as having a restaurant and bar. It has those things but they are closed during low season except during the weekend. It would've been nice to know that ahead of time. The room was clean and comfortable. The AC worked great. The shower had plenty of hot water. The room had... More

Nice and clean, We had a great stay here in November 2015 in our two bedroom room. Friendly and service minded staff, good working AC and a nice and cosy restaurant by the water. We only stayed for one night in Culebra but we would definitely recommend Mamacitas Guest House to anyone travelling to Culebra, it was great staying there... More

I know this place (just the restaurant and bar) since 2005 but this is the first time I stayed on this hotel (Sep 2016). The hotel is good for one night. Nothing fancy. We had some problems with the TV and bathroom light but the maintenance guy (don't remember his name) came fast and fixed it. The two girls in... More

If you are looking for a clean place, comfy bed and centrally located, this is the place for you. I visited because work and ended up staying for a few days to go snorkeling. No luxuries but the place is clean. Walk a small block to the local bakery for breakfast and then head to the beaches. Parking is a... More
