We were back again for two weeks the beginning of April and had another amazing time. We introduced our sons/wives and grandson to the place and they loved it too. Went and had an amazing dinner at Lenny's too. The amazing staff make this resort!!! They are in the midst of doing renovations too. No problem whatsoever with the food....

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. I found the room very spacious, bathroom had hot water but the water pressure was not fantastic. There was a big bottle of water in the fridge every day which could be refilled at any bar or snack bar at the resort. There was a slight smell from the water in the...

My wife and I recently stayed at Colonial for our third time March 27 to April 3. It was like coming home :). Most of the staff, from the front desk, to the bell boy, to customer relations, bartenders, gardeners and servers remembered us with warm greetings, it was so nice! We were treated to a ground floor room in...

This is one of the older hotels in Cayo Coco. The style is old traditional colonial and very beautiful. We had stayed at another hotel 2 years previous in Cayo Coco so we have something to compare it to. Our stay was excellent and it was a very nice hotel with great friendly staff. We only had issues with one...

Two years ago we went as a family and thoroughly enjoyed everything. Last year we returned as a group of 14 and we all loved the place and the workers. The food is fabulous compared to many places. Next week at this time, a small group of us are heading back. I personally cannot wait to show them this little...

The attraction of Cuba is the people there. Colonial is the best evidence of that. The staff greet each other and clients with warmth and genuine concern. If you've been there once, chances are you will be remembered by a surprising number of the staff. Keep in mind that Cuba is an emerging country and fussy eaters and those who...

Just returned from the Colonial. Had the best time. Stayed in block 33 but 15 & 16 are also great. Block 32 walk out to salt water pool. Everything is convenient, central location. 20 mts from the airport max. Excellent, friendly staff who will go out of their way to help you. 1 hour to Moron for a nice excursion....

Researched well and knew this wasn't going to be top class but the staff really make it. The buildings are really attractive in the old Colonial style - unlike some of the other, newer, modern, but more bland hotels we saw from the sightseeing bus. Close to the airport is another plus factor as we flew back to Havana rather...

Our time was "nice"; I wouldn't say exciting; but we had a nice time. I've been to other places in Cuba with alot more to do. If you are into just going to the beach and pool, this is the place for you. The room was average...nothing great. We were in the 300 block which was very noisy as it...
