At the end of October, it will be our 9th trip to this resort...and we will continue to come back to this place. It is our place of complete relaxation. We book in spring and fall. Vacation is what you make it, so if you are hard to please....well...I suggest you stay at home and let others enjoy their vacation....

We first stayed at the Tryp in September 2007 having booked for three weeks. After a delay on the flight from Gatwick we arrived at the hotel late, very tired and grumpy. Having been shown to our room on the ground floor, which was very damp due to a recent downpoor my fiance and I were upset and just wanted...

The service cannot be beat because the staff welomes you like your family. The rooms are beautiful whether you have ocean view or...

I was a bit hesitant to travel to Cuba for some reason. You hear all sorts of things, you read all sorts of reviews, you just don't know what to expect. Regardless of all my worries, I ventured on with my FIRST vacation to Cayo Coco. We boarded a bus from the airport and from that very moment I was...

Just spent a week at the TRYP from September 25 - October 2 with a group of 5 girls (all ages 23-25). We had an incredible time! I'm not going to make this super long, but I can honestly say that everything was perfect. The beach is amazing. You can walk out super far. Grab bread or bananas from the...

My sister and I just spent a week at the Tryp in Cayo Coco and while the weather could have cooperated a bit more, the week was incredible!! I won’t go into reviewing the details of the hotel but I’ll just say a few things…. The service was excellent! Wherever you went, the staff always smiled and said Hello (or...

The hotel was really good and we had a lovely time.. The food- was alrightt, there was always something to have but i tended to end up eating the same thing everyday for two weeks which was a bit boring. To anyone who's going I'd definaetly book the international restaurant, it was by far the best restaurant they had. The...

Dear guests, We are really glad of knowing that you had a lovely time at our Hotel. It is a shame that you felt we treat different our guests. We always do the best to satisfy everybody never mind from where they come. It would have been very easy to find a room in the place of your preference according...

Great service, Clean rooms, very nice and helpful staff, very very nice beach, Safe and secure, great for families. Keep in mind that it's Cuba and not Bahamas and that is the reason we are getting good deals. So, one can not expect 5 star quality. One thing for sure is that they do their best under political and economical...

Another excellent stay at the Tryp, the staff do everything in their power to make your holiday an unforgettable experience. I took my father on his first holiday for 40 years as a present for his 70th Birthday. The reason for this is that I know and trust that the hotel and staff would make this a really special experience...

“Search the internet, some people argue maids are tipped the most. We know we tip the maid everyday with either pesos or small gifts of pantyhose, school supplies, children's toys over the counter medicine and toiletries such as tooth paste etc. I know for a fact the maids do get a lot of stuff, but they also support their families. To Cubans, families are not just you children, siblings or parents. To Cubans family is super important and extends to all family; cousins, 2nd cousins, friends of siblings and so on. There family unit is so very different than we are used to in North America. Your tips/gifts go a long way down the line and not just the maid. If there is an issue with your room (we had 25 rooms book for our wedding this last trip) and a few had issue, but were quickly fixed or a new room was issued.”
