We stayed here for our first few nights in NFL. Loved the simplicity of the place, but you had everything you needed. The Blackforest restaurant is wonderful, had a great dinner there, and everyday the breakfasts were differ t, unique and tasty. This is a great place to stay in Gros Morne.

Our travel plan included a two night stay at this lovely inn. Our room was spacious and immaculately clean. It had all the amenities we needed including a roomy bathroom. We loved the fact that the owners had used Newfoundland materials to build the inn. I liked the quilted pillows and window cover. The staff was friendly and helpful. I... More

Thank you for your review. I'm so happy that you enjoyed your visit. We have used local products whenever possible in the renovation of the Inn as well as the decor. We are very proud of our beautiful hardwood floors made from NL birch and most of our guest room furniture is also hand made from NL birch. The quilted... More

This hotel is located in Norris Point, with a beautiful setting overlooking the water and close to many of Gros Morne’s attractions. We found the hotel very clean and modern looking, with an excellent hot and cold breakfast. Although we didn’t have dinner, the menu looked very good, albeit a little pricey. All of the staff were very friendly and... More

What a jewel in Gros Morne. We stayed here recently for 2 nights and could not have asked for anything nicer. The furniture is beautifully handcrafted in NL and the bed and window toppings created in the area in lovely bright colours. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean and and the bathroom well appointed. The staff were lovely...so very friendly... More

Love this place. Particularly enjoyed sitting on the lawn morning, noon and night and enjoin the spectacular view of the Bay as the clouds moved overhead providing lighting changes on the water, rocks, shorelines boats. The stars at night were incredible. The inn is very nice, modern, nice wood flooring. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Very good breakfast. Good restaurant... More

First off I would like to say beautiful property and rooms. The scenery was amazing and the breakfast staff in the restaurant were very welcoming and helpful as we came in after the 9:00 cut off time for the included breakfast. Now the hard part, we felt that some of the front staff were very pretentious, we have stayed at... More

Thank you for review. I do appreciate that our breakfast hours can be early for some of our guests. It is something we have watched and adjusted over the years and have decided on these hours because most of our guests do prefer an earlier start as they are generally eager to be up early to hike and explore. Stayed a couple of nights here. Rooms were large, bright, very clean and had tasteful Swedish-influenced furnishings and linens. Very, very clean as well as comfortable. The hotel itself is environmentally-friendly and encourages its patrons to be so as well. Our room had a lovely view of the harbour and we were pleasantly surprised upon arising the next morning with... More

The inn is about and hour and a half from Deer Lake . We stayed near the airport on arrival at night and drove to Neddies the next morning which was a good plan as although a beautiful drive , there are no lights on the highway and the road to Gros Morne can be a little mountainous . We chose this hotel because of its reviwes and were very happy with the decision. The inn is located in an isolated community in Gros Morne; noise (apart from the birds and waves) was nonexistent. This was the nicest place we stayed in the west coast of Newfoundland. Service was friendly and professional from the hotel staff's first response to our request for reservations until check out. Thank your for your review. I always love to hear from our visitors and your feedback is so important.
