I've stayed here before and loved it then and loved it again this time. It's clean, comfortable and has the most friendly staff. The bedrooms are warm and roomy our bathroom was large. The breakfasts are great - what more can one ask for.

Mum, dad, sister and myself had a beautiful festive afternoon tea at the hotel today. Sandwiches were so tasty and fresh, salmon & cucumber, turkey stuffing and cranberry & cheese and pickle. Deserts were a beautiful rhubarb trifle (I personally don't like rhubarb but this was delicious), Xmas cake, home made minced pie, fresh (still warm) scone with orange flavour...

My husband and I stayed here after getting married in Cardigan in August 2015. We had one of the higher end suites and I really enjoyed the stay. The room was really well appointed and decorated, the full English breakfast was delicious and the staff were very friendly.

Stayed here for 2 nights in October through work as I was on a course nearby. Plenty of car parking spaces in the rear, and for free. Staff were very welcoming and kind, especially the boys behind the bar. Did not use the leisure facilities. Overall room was clean, could do with some attention to detail, some cobwebs and spiders...

We stay in a lot of hotels from ungraded to 5 stars and this place is by far the best value we have visited for a very long time. I made a last minute booking the day before travel for myself and two children for one night as we were visiting family nearby. I phoned to confirm the children's sleeping...

Great Hotel with fabulous facilities and the staff were so welcoming, the rooms were exceptionally clean and included everything one could possible need. Food was of a very high standard and served by Glen and Rhian who were so pleasant and cheerful, I would definitely stay at this hotel again, and I would highly recommend it.

The hotel staff were most friendly and attentive bringing a relaxed informal atmosphere particularly in the bar areas with good music and immediately felt at home, the décor is tasteful and restful throughout with good sized bedrooms and excellent bathroom facilities. The food was delicious and wonderful presentation with good range of wines that we enjoyed, will certainly visit again...
