I was going to come stay but i think i may go to Lewis instead.

I presume he is not Scottish but its a well known fact that Scottish Islanders have a very dour personality and are
not the friendliest of people. I know I used to live on Skye and they are the most miserable people in the North

We need more honest reviews like this on Tripadvisor
Maybe it will be the kick up the bum for the manager to do her job and smile and make sure her staff get the kick up the abhooky they need - the server is probably her daughter so can get away with murder.
I always find the cleaners in any hotel to be the nicest people and the most informative - forget the welcome desk i go see the cleaners first!
