Bed was very comfortable, room was warm and very quiet considering it is right next to a busy motorway. Shower pressure could have been stronger but the temperature was constant. Would be happy to stay here again.

Same as every other you go to. Friendly and polite staff, decent sized rooms with a massive very comfortable bed... The only problem we came across with this one was, there a slight smell of damp coming from the bathroom which was the shows curtain. Other than that bang on

Myself and my wife went to Chester zoo for the day 15/04/2016.so we booked a premier inn near Runcorn. We booked in quite fast and my wife ad a disabled room when I opened the door the coldness of the room just hit you. I informed the receptionist who provided a small oil filled radiator the other heater was electric...

Very convent location and good service with no problems. Knowing from previous experiences with Premier Inn we brought a camping chair as only one chair is usually provided in the room. Other than that the service and room were excellent.

Generally speaking, you know what to expect with a Premier Inn. The hotel is sited right next to the motorway. Rooms face the motorway or the main road running parallel to it. My room faced the road, but there was no noticeable noise intrusion. The room was a decent size, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean. Unfortunately, for...

Booked it as visiting Chester zoo- much cheaper than the ones closer but only 20 minutes drive away. Turned up st 9pm with my 2 girls. Receptionist really helpful, room ready and lovely and comfortable. The kids beds were actual beds and big enough for 10/12 year old. Top breakfast the following morning, just remember to ask if you want...

Stay here regularly on business and absolutely no issues with the hotel, happy to always give it 5 stars. Friendly reception, good clean room, etc. Its the restaurant next door that often lets it down, this time however it was excellent. Good meal and good service.

Stayed here on the way to Wales. Have stayed several times before. Now know to phone beforehand and ask for room away from the motorway. Rooms pretty good and clean. Only let down is the breakfast at the Beefeater.
