Excellent value guest house. Simple check-in but limited times so check 1st. Room decorated and furnished to high standard. Nice touches included in room, eggs bottled water, quality toiletries, Coton buds, iron, trouser press. Great value for money. Definitely recommend

I guess we are getting to use B & B's more because of the excellent accommodation offered by many of them not simply the value for money. This place is outstanding we even had bath robes and endless really good quality towels. Toiletries were quality. The place was spotless and the Breakfast was 5 star. You make your choice the...

I was fortunate to find this gem of a guest house on a trip to Pontefract this week and enjoyed a level of accommodation that's not so common nowadays. This establishment is first class and the level of comfort in the room that I had (Number 5) was outstanding. I enjoyed one of the best nights sleep that I've ever...

Stopped off for a night on in transit between Lincolnshire and North Wales. After an initial problem when our sat nav sent us up the wrong lane we found the car park which is a good size for a guest house and were warmly welcomed. Cooked choices for breakfast were chosen as we booked in, one eggs benedict one full...

Loads of attention to detail with lots of complimentary toiletries etc. Lots of different choice for tea and coffee products. And then a lovely breakfast in the morning. Will definitely...

My friend and I shared a twin room. It was nicely furnished, clean and comfortable. The owner was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good, we were asked what time we would like to eat so that our cooked breakfast would be ready. There was plenty of option for cereal, fruit etc. Parking was a little bit of a squeeze,...

What a great great guest house this is. Spotless in cleanliness, wonderful polite and couldn't be more helpful owner, food top class. If I am ever in this area I will stay here first. Don't bother with so called top class hotels and their inflated price, stay here for service with an smile and what service they provide.
