Booked direct with the hotel and requested a quiet room as the location of this hotel is on a main road. On arrival at reception we were given a room on the ground floor with the car park outside our window. The room was also a disabled room. We complained in reception and were given a room on the first...

Stayed o/night on Christmas day with B/fast on Boxing day morning. Arrived lunch time on Xmas day and was booked in almost immediately although they were very busy. The room was comfortable although I do not like standard size single beds they are too small, otherwise no problem at all with the room. However the time came for breakfast! walked...

You will find that nobody will be on reception as they will be working in the restaurant so it took a while...

We stayed for a weekend, staff friendly and breakfast was nice, the only thing that annoyed us was the Manager barging in with housekeeping to check the smoke alarms, there's a time and a place and luckily we was dressed unlike the room opposite. Despite hotel being on main road, we had no noise disturbance at night (room 16 at...

Been here a few times for something to eat and a couple of drinks. But on 13th October was by far my best visit. First of all it was heaving when we walked in but we were served in less than 5 minutes for a drink, the waitress even though abit stressed found us a table pretty much straight away...

Having read previous reviews was a bit dubious about staying here, but it was fine. Arrived about 7pm on a busy Friday evening but only took 10 mins to get checked in by a very helpful, cheerful young lady, Rebecca, who then went on to reserve us a table at the Hungry Horse (part of same complex) this was ready...
