Good points: Lovely weather Ideal hotel location Bedrooms spacious Food good Clean bedrooms Not so good points: All inclusive drinks in restaurants a little silly to... More

I was moved here from Santa Susana as my chosen hotel had closed for the season. False advertising by this hotel group. Check in was quick ,however later large groups had a long wait. The room had 2 double beds and was big enough for a family however the hotel is old and the walls are thin. Noisy neighbours made... More

This is the 8th year at the Palace and I'm sorry to say the last, we always spend 4-5 days here every year, in the same week when the bands and choirs are on and it's a great few days. Unfortunately the hotel has steadily got worse re the food and general decor of the hotel, can't fault the staff... More

My opinion is that the scanner thing for restaurant is a bit of a pain but the reception people were very helpful and lovely and there was this one member of staff being very rude to the maids when they did a excellent job.. The pools were awesome and me and my mum had a great... More

This was my first time in an all-inclusive resort type hotel (usually not my bag!). I stayed here with my choir for the Calella Canta al mar festival. To be honest, I was quite pleasantly surprised. The rooms are large and spacious and the beds are huge and comfortable. There was also a large balcony. The bathroom shower provided plenty... More

We stayed at the hotel for a short break and have to say it was a lovely hotel. Needs a little updating in the bathroom but the sea views were amazing. You could lay in bed and hear the waves lapping on the beach. Food was lovely and plenty of it. The pancakes in the morning were definitely a favourite... More
