This card was with our room number and a barcode to enter to the restaurant of the hotel. After theft and even though they had a...

The first drawback came before our family stay. We tried to contact the hotel through different means to add a customer but we were unable to fulfil our petition since nobody answered our calls or mails. Once in the hotel we were eager to enjoy all the amenities and asked for the solarium and spa service in the upper floor...

I was moved here from Santa Susana as my chosen hotel had closed for the season. False advertising by this hotel group. Check in was quick ,however later large groups had a long wait. The room had 2 double beds and was big enough for a family however the hotel is old and the walls are thin. Noisy neighbours made...
