This is the second time at this hotel its definatly gone downhill. First of all the bar staff are very miserable they don't smile, loud background music playing all day sounds like your in a whale excibit. No atmosphere I would not go back again shame the first time was really nice.

Spent a week in September last the hotel is clean food has plenty of choice and the staff very helpful close to the beach as I have a walking disability this was great. Have rebooked to go again in June and can't wait really looking forward to it. It's a quiet hotel and only one pool suitable for adults but...

To begin, we arrived at approximately 12pm and there was only one member of reception staff dealing (very slowly ) with several arrivals. It took so long and to top it off our rooms were not ready, so we went off to explore the hotel and inadvertently entered the snack restaurant, a very unpleasant man approached us and told us...

Well can say that this hotel is very clean and well looked after. Pool is only small but no problem cos what more do you want from a pool to cool down. My husband and I are 47 and 50, This is a Spanish hotel so hardly anyone there that spoke English and this is definitely not for families, the...

I'm here with my fiancee on a 10 stay night on an all inclusive deal. Firstly there are no tea/coffee making facilities in the room and the restaurant does not open till 8am. I wake at 6 or earlier and I would like a coffee before then!! We had to hire a kettle for 26 euros and then we're told...

The exterior to the hotel looks lovely. The lady on reception sandra couldn't be more helpful. I thought this is going to be a lovely relaxing holiday. The food was very nice, lots of choices so a great start to a week away in the sun. I must thank Isabelle (food manager) for looking after us. What we failed to...

We've just returned from a 4 night short break. I travelled with my husband and teenage daughter on an all inclusive package. The hotel is very well located, it's only a short walk to a beautiful beach on a bay with white sand and gorgeous still blue sea. Minus points of the hotel- the all inclusive really isn't worth it,...

As we love Spain and Spanish people, culture, nature-we decided to go to Mallorca for holiday 2016. This hotel was not only too expensive when taking to account how poor the service was, but also-the info it shares on the internet is not true-like for example the picture above. Food is nothing special (except the Mediterranean dinner they serve once...

The hotel is ok, food is a little like a school canteen (old peoples home). The hotel is very clean. Beds are very soft. Cost of wifi at €30 a week for two devices is steep. Late check out until 6pm costly at €35. Safe in room is not free around €30 a week. We both found that some of...

Rooms are ok. Not the best air con but helps in the hot months. Comfy enough beds and facilities. Mini fridge is always handy. AI is ok. Was pretty generic but there was always something.
