After last year, are currently on the 2. Over there. It is just a great, indescribable stay. 😍 All the staff are so warm, so helpful and attentive. The rooms are a dream, daughter and I slept wonderfully. We already have the 2. Mal a room with side sea view, cleaned every morning, the bed freshened including always daily 2 new free bottles of water in the minibar.
We had booked directly through the homepage incl. breakfast, there are changing dishes every day, everything very delicious and everything available what the heart desires. Absolutely recommended. 🥰 A chef also prepares egg dishes exactly as desired.
And no matter how hot it is outside, the entire hotel building is perfectly air-conditioned, of course also in the room, controllable with different settings.
There is a great indoor wellness area with Jacuzzi, a gym and the absolute highlight is the roof terrace with pool (great whirlpool function), Skybar with fantastic views (with such delicious and cheap food and the world's best cocktails as well as in the lower bar and the outdoor area with great sun loungers, hanging chairs, etc.) to the sea, the bay and the beach. To reach this, you just have to cross the road.

We stayed at this hotel with half Pension. The location guarantees tranquility and relaxation. Nearby there are tourist shops, bars, restaurants, mini markets and free and equipped beaches. Beautiful beach right in front of the hotel with almost always calm water despite the wind. Convenient proximity to the airport accessible by bus or taxi with low cost. Large room with all amenities in particular we enjoyed balcony overlooking the beach, coffee maker (even decaf), bathrobes and slippers. Friendly and helpful staff. Very nice small pool on the top floor (few places available but nice). Half Pension with breakfast buffet (fresh and good quality products). A la carte dinner with choice of starter, main course and dessert (drinks not included): ensures cleanliness, meal order and tranquility. Tables placed in front of large windows with excellent sea views. Cocktail prices for after dinner great compared to other nearby places. Particularly appreciated the cleanliness of the entire structure. Super super recommended!

BQ Aquamarina is a modern hotel on the front of a small sandy bay close to all the amenities of Can Pastilla. It’s fresh and clean with a rooftop pool, bar and lounge area. It has spa facilities, a gym and reliable free WiFi. The rooms are a decent size with walk in showers and most have balconies. The beds are a good size and comfortable. Ten minutes by taxi from the airport means there is some noise from westward departing aircraft. Breakfast was excellent with a good selection which was regularly replenished when required. Hot food was cooked to order and delivered to your table by the character breakfast chef. We had dinner on a few occasions and the menu had a variety of snackish food as well as mains fish, meat pasta etc and all were very good. In fact we ate out a lot in Can Pastilla and enjoyed every meal and you don’t have to go far from the hotel or pay the earth either. The hotel staff were all friendly and helpful and although some of the housekeeping staff appeared newly recruited they carried out their duties to a reasonably good standard. Special mention has to go to Maria, the diningroom manager who was exceptional. Her cheery smile and happy demeanour lifted our spirits even on the dullest of days. She is a real genuine person who has time for everyone and obviously loves her job. A real star. We very much enjoyed our stay at BQ Aquamarina and will return without doubt.

The structure seems brand new, very nice and clean. But the real highlight of this hotel is the staff who pampered us right from the start. For breakfast we only ordered on the first day, the following days there was no need because the staff remembered the habits of every single person and as soon as we entered the breakfast room they were ready to serve us our double espressos with oat milk. At the reception, they were very attentive to everything and available for every request. One day we returned to the hotel after a long ride in the rain and we were greeted at the door with hot towels to dry ourselves off. And what's more, every year our holidays coincide with my partner's birthday, and of many birthdays around Europe, only here did we happen to return to our room and find a birthday card and a bottle of sparkling wine to celebrate not having asked for it and not having told anyone that there was something to celebrate. They really showered us with attention, making us feel at home. So I want to thank each person on the staff individually for all the smiles they left us and gave us ❣️

The hotel was impeccably clean with modern decor. The rooms were ample size and cleaned daily with complementary water in the mini bar replenished each day. The staff were all friendly and could not have been more helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Special mention to Aina for all her help with my booking queries prior to our stay. Aina also kindly helped me book a mobility scooter for my father, calling a number of companies to get the right deal. Enrique in the restaurant was also great and remembered our hot drink preferences each breakfast, which is a lovely touch. Would absolutely stay here again.

Lovely location close to the beach and restaurants. Lovely to go for a walk along the seafront and towards Palma. And a great starting point for cycling. The breakfast buffet was fantastic with both hot and cold food. Tried both lunch and dinner here too; the food was very good but the menu was exactly the same at both meals so this could well have been different. Short drive into Palma; approx. 10 min by taxi (approx. €20) and approx. 30 min by bus (runs just above the hotel every 15 min and costs €2) My husband and I stayed in a junior suite and there was plenty of space even for the bike 🚴🏼♂️🏝

We had a really lovely holiday in this perfectly located hotel directly on a very pretty beach and with numerous restaurants on the doorstep. 2 x sunbeds and shade were 18 Euros a day
The staff without exception were all excellent, extremely friendly and highly professional.
We had a sea front room which although a little small was lovely and the views from the balcony were superb.
The rooftop pool area was brilliant with sufficient sunbeds and free Balinese beds that there was never any need to reserve . There was also plenty of shade. The service at the rooftop bar was excellent and Andrea always made us laugh; she has a great sense of humour.
I liked the fact that there were 2 bottles of water left in the fridge on a daily basis throughout our stay and also that the hotel provided towels that could be taken to the beach.
Breakfast is served from 8-11 am and comprises a good selection of choices. The lady that makes the egg dishes is really lovely and cheery and David and Enrique ensure everything runs smoothly.
I wouldnt hesitate to return but would try and secure a room at the front on the 4th floor (406-408) as they have the most amazing large terraces with hot tubs and sunbeds.
The hotel is just a 7 minute taxi ride from the airport and about 15 Euros.

The staff at BQ Hotel Aguamarina is very friendly: the reception will help you with all your questions. Have helped me with problems with Europ car, and are always willing to answer questions. Perfect! This also applies to the personal approach in the restaurant, they know your wishes within a day and the breakfast and the restaurant in the evening are well taken care of. I am very positive about this hotel! During the day you hear the planes from Palma airport outside, and the pool is small. The rest is perfect: bars, fitness, sauna: everything is there, and perfect care on the last day for people who fly late.

This hotel is small but perfect. We stayed 4 nights half board in a double sea view room with a balcony. The staff are really great. They all spoke English and they couldn't do enough for us. Room was great, and the small pool area on the roof was very well maintained. At breakfast, the egg lady takes your order and brings it to your table and her freshly made American pancakes were wonderful. Great cold selection too. We took the half board option because it was only €20 or €25 pp each extra. It is an 'a la carte' meal with incredible choices on all 3 courses. The portions are huge and the cookery fabulous. Drinks and coffee prices are all very reasonable. We are going back.

This is a lovely hotel . We stayed in a sea view room overlooking the beach . The room was very clean and comfortable. The balcony was long with two chairs and a small table. All excellent. We liked that the hotel provided extra towels to take to the beach or rooftop pool . These could be changed at reception when required . Dressing gowns and slippers provided - Our room was air conditioned and quiet when the double glazed patio doors were shut -with no noise from the promenade below. We were right near to all restaurants and amenities . Excellent local supermarket next door to the hotel. All the Staff were friendly , knowledgeable and helpful . A lovely stay.
