Gym in the hotel is excellent with a great variety of equipment, indoor pool is not as nice as it it very stuffy and hot.
Overall was a great experience.
Spacious apartment, bathroom, comfortable beds, as well as the sofa bed.
The receptionists very friendly as always, from the food service I can not say, the laundry service very well.
The pool, although I have not used it by the date, does seem a little small for the whole hotel.
The situation is unbeatable, right opposite the beach.
To park very easy as always and also the Carrefour Express that is just below the hotel is magnificent.
The worst thing I have seen this time is the cleaning, they have not changed the sheets in a whole week, even there are chocolate stains, etc. The day before we left there was no bath gel, they filled it with a little water because the rest of the gel came out with water.
The kitchen towel, after two days I threw it to wash and the remaining 5 days we were without a towel, we did not have another one replaced.
And the bathroom sink was very poorly cleaned, or uncleaned, because there was some stain that was there all week.
I am not very demanding on the subject of cleanliness when I go to hotels, but this time I have seen quite a few ugly details on this subject.
Despite this, I will come back because it is very welcoming and we like it very much.
The first time we were in apartment with sea views, on the second floor. This time we have been on the ground floor in apartment with views of the interior, which we do not care, even better, because when going with child we did not have to be going in the elevator and caught us very close to reception.
And summarizing the opinion, I do recommend the hotel.
Another theme is that the wifi constantly failed in the room and although we communicated, the problem was not solved throughout the stay.
As a positive, I would like to mention the buffet staff, who were very friendly and pleasant. Other good aspects are the proximity to the beach and the bus stops but if we ever return, it will not be to this hotel.

Overall we had a lovely stay and found that the hotel bar offered very reasonably priced drinks and tasty food for snacking on and was always popular with hotel guests in the afternoon. The resort was clean and tidy and staff were always friendly and willing to help you.
There was a strict mask policy when inside the hotel and staff seemed very keen on ensuring Covid protocols were followed. We felt safe throughout our trip.
The pool isn’t huge, but there are plenty of sunbeds available but if you don’t find one, you can walk just across the road to a GORGEOUS sandy beach, which is absolutely huge. You’ll never be short of space on this beach and the sand is a fantastic fine powder.
Our room was spacious and modern with a small sofa for relaxing on, his and hers double sinks with separate toilet and shower plus a balcony over looking the sea. We did find that whilst the rooms were ‘cleaned’ every day, empty glasses were not always removed or replaced so it didn’t feel as clean as I would have liked but it wasn’t a deal breaker, there are worse things that could happen!
We noticed some of the rooms had built in towel rails on the balcony for drying off swimwear, but bizarrely ours didn’t? Would have been nice to have one of these rather than hanging the wet towels and swimwear over the edge of the balcony and on the chairs.
We only ate in the main restaurant for breakfast so cannot comment on the dinner menu, but breakfast has something for everyone. From fresh pancakes and fried eggs to pastries and continental meats and cheese as well as fruit, the selection is great, you won’t go hungry! I think one morning they maybe even had smoked salmon and champagne?
Nearby we found plenty of fantastic restaurants to eat at, with all kinds of cuisines. I highly recommend l’artista pizzeria napoletana which is about 10-15 mins walk along the beach towards the marina. Honestly, you CANNOT go wrong, it got fully booked most nights we were there and we went twice. Dribbling just thinking about it!
Palma is 20 mins away by taxi so if you want to venture out to visit the cathedral or more restaurants etc it’s easily reachable.
It’s not the fanciest hotel I’ve ever stayed, but it overall if you are looking for a relaxed low key holiday for a bit of sun that doesn’t break the bank you’ll be more than satisfied.

The Hotel is 5 minutes from the airport which is ideal. It sits on a 6km promenade and sits right in the middle of it. The Hotel is spotless and the staff clean the apartments every day. We booked a one bed superior sea view apartment. The apartment is very modern , spacious, great walk in shower. Our view is fantastic. The balconies are also very private from each other. We did not include meals but we did eat dinner one evening, it was ok, Reasturant is very big and it was a buffet style.
The pool is very nice, no max rush for beds thank god. The pool bar is great, great service and all tables overlook the sea. For any coeliacs like me , they serve San Miguel gluten free.
We spent most days in the beach, it’s literally across a narrow road. The beach is gorgeous, you can rent beds but we just brought our towels. The water on a calm day is crystal clear and perfect for swimming.
Outside the hotel you can turn right and there are many restaurants , plenty of choice. That stretch seems to be more families and couples etc. not too many bars. If you turn left, the shopping up further is better but it is busier with mainly Germans. The further you go up the younger partier type is there. This is why the location is so great, we prefer the quieter type of holiday so it suited us perfectly. There is a supermarket attached to the hotel too and a shop to rent bikes.
We never stay at the same hotel but I have a feeling we will be back here. It ticked every box for us.

Employees were all lovely from the front desk to room cleaners, all very accommodating. I slept on the sofa bed as the room mattresses were too soft for me, room is also very hot as it doesn't get air from outside, unless you like sleeping with air con.
There is a supermarket next to the hotel so you can buy anything you need. Lots of restaurants around and the aquarium is very close. They have a kid's show every night during weekdays and music outside at night as well.
Regarding the hotel's restaurant, there is a lot of selection for breakfast and dinner. I did find it a bit bland, not a lot of taste to it so this is the only part that I wouldn't give it a 5*. I did like a few dishes but the rest I just ate because I had half board included. Desserts are basically a few sponge cakes, fruit or ice cream. Was expecting from a 4* hotel.
Overall I would still recommend for it's location - superb!
We checked in and given room numbers and paid in full but later when received keys discovered the 2x rooms were not the rooms we ordered in April and checked 4 days before. Far inferior. No one bothered to mention. I needed a kitchen for my son with allergies. No one told me (the adult) on check in despite them knowing. A message passed via kids when collecting keys.
No manager available. Everyone just said they could not help!! The next day eventually one room got moved and we finally got the second room I booked and paid for about 3.40pm. Please don’t pay until you check your rooms. We wasted a whole day with this.. the air con in room 220 is awful. Despite me complaining. It’s bad. We also had another 3 rooms in the group so I know this is not normal. The bathrooms flooded as drains not cleared out but rooms are ok. Overall it’s ok. Good location
